Changeover day
Departure time from the villa is 10am /arrival time is 3pm. We are flexible on changeover day.

| Living Rooms: | A pretty living/dining room with two sets of patio doors leading to the terrace, comfortably fitted out with seating for five a dining table and chairs. There is satellite with 100 English channels + German/French/Spanish T channels a DVD and CD/radio. |

Notes on accommodation
We have four identical villas next door to each other, all equipped to the same high standard and can be booked individually or together for large groups who would like their own front door. We have recently updated our satellite TV package to include 100 English speaking channels with topical sporting channels, BBC radio stations and a selection of satellite TV channels in German, French, Spanish and Italian.
A bus stop is two minutes from the villa with buses going to the centre of Playa Blanca
Outside
Doors from the living room lead out to the secluded, large sunbathing terrace, a private heated swimming pool 7 metres x 4 metres with integral seating and power water jets, four sunloungers and views to the mountains, a barbecue and outdoor dining furniture all surrounded by 7' walls making the garden area truly private and secluded.
Coast/Beach
Playa Blanca is famous for its white sandy beaches, Playa Mujeres and Playa Flamingo are a five minute drive [20 minute walk] and the famous Papagayo beaches are a fifteen minute drive away. There are frequent ferries to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos from the nearby harbour area.
Golf
There is a golf course near Costa Teguise which is a 40 minute drive from the villa.
Travel
Arrecife is the only airport on the island and is a 30 minute drive. We do recommend car hire, but many of our guests have used taxis/hired bicycles or walked into the centre! There is a good bus service from the centre of Playa Blanca.
Distances
The villa is a 5 minute drive from the centre of Playa Blanca. 30 minutes from the airport. The roads on Lanzarote are maintained to a very high standard and all places of interest are easily accessible from the villa.
Further details
The villa has a small supermarket/taxi rank five minutes walk away, a taxi into town is approx 3 euros. The town and harbour area offer a splendid selection of shops and restaurants and the resort is perfect for couples and families.
Booking notes
We ask for a deposit of £100 per week with payment in full eight weeks before arrival date, for late bookings the payment would be made in full.

About the owner
At present we live in the UK but are soon moving to Lanzarote, having fallen in love with the island in 1979! We have been letting our villas for over 6 years and ensure that each guest receives 'the personal touch' so that their holiday is a great experience and one that they will want to repeat for years to come, everything is done to make the whole booking process 'stress free' and very easy. The family touch continues all through your holiday until you arrive back in your own home. We love the island and our villas and know that you will feel the same.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Playa Blanca is, we believe, the best resort on the island - Spanish is the main language spoken allowing you to feel that you really are on holiday and away from home, it caters for families with children and couples. There is so much to enjoy whether it is walking along the promenade by the sea, enjoying the wonderful white sand beaches for which Playa Banca is famous, lounging by the swimming pool, enjoying a bit of fishing or water sports, or even indulging in a bit of 'retail therapy'. It is 30 minutes from the airport, so no plane noise to spoil the peace and quiet but close enough to ensure you are not wasting your holiday with a long journey.
