Other shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the beach are also within walking distance. The apartment has a larger than normal patio which has a pull-out awning to give ample shade. There are sunbeds, table and chairs for your use. There is a sea view from the patio.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. On day of departure, the apartment should be vacated by 10 a.m. This is to allow for cleaning and preparation for other guests.

The apartment is found on the second floor. It is accessed from a main gate. As you come through the gate, there are beautifully kept gardens.
Outside
There is a tennis court nearby and also a launderette on the complex which is used solely for residents and visitors. There is a supermarket close by.
Coast/Beach
The long, sandy beaches of Puerto Del Carmen are 10 minutes walk away.
Golf
There is a golf course, approximately 10 minutes drive.
Travel
The apartment is found approximately 20 minutes from Arrecife airport. Car hire is not necessary unless you want to see the sights of Lanzarote. If you would like to hire a car, we can organise this for you. Please ask when booking accommodation.

Lanzarote lies approximately 60 miles off the North West Coast of Africa, making it an all year round sunny climate. From the breathtaking views at the most northern tip of the Island, to the golden sandy beaches of the South, whatever you decide to do, there is something for everyone.
