Only 5 mins drive to the sandy beaches of Papagayo and the village of Playa Blanca. Sea View from terrace to Fuerteventura and the stunning volcanic Rubicon mountains as a backdrop. This large detached 2 /3 bedroom villa has a split level lounge and a large private garden of over 1/3 acre. The pool is 8m x 4m with a Roman end (steps into pool), Electrically heated with night lighting.

Notes on prices
Prices for the property per week in UK pounds. The third bedroom/appartment will be 175 pounds extra per week. Optional extra, artic spa, hot-tub, £95 per week extra. Pool Heating included. 60% are repeat bookings. Christmas prices include Hot Tub.

No smoking in villa. Sorry no pets.
Outside
Heated 8 meter by 4 meter pool with roman end steps. Shower. Large garden with beautiful shrubs/succulents, palm trees, including banana trees. Patio area with two patio sets and sun loungers. Stone BBQ on patio by pool.
Coast/Beach
Only 5 minutes drive to Papagayo sandy beaches. Also the village of Playa Blanca with its many shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
Travel
Airport in Arrecife, 35 minutes drive away. Car hire is not essential.
Distances
5 minute drive to Playa Blanca. 5-10 minutes walk to nearest supermarket.
Booking notes
30% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking. Balance of payment 8 weeks before departure. Can be booked as a 2 or 3 bedroom villa.
