This 1 bed apartment is superior to many on the complex. The sun is on the balcony from dawn until dusk, the balcony overlooks the pool and the ocean in the distance. The complex with its huge sun terraces surrounded by gardens is well maintained. The swimming pool has a separate children's pool, sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside snack bar. There is a daytime and evening entertainment programme. The complex also has a restaurant which serves a buffet style breakfast and evening meal, a games lounge, supermarket, launderette and internet stations (all incur additional charges). There are a large number of bars, restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance of the resort. Highchairs and cots can be hired in for guests (additional charges will be incurred).

Changeover day
Entry is usually after 2pm on day or arrival. On day of departure we ask that you vacate no later than 10.30am. We try where possible, to accommodate guests with early and later times if possible.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The bedroom contains twin beds, bedside tables with lamps and a dressing table and stool. The triple built in mirrored wardrobes give plenty of space for hanging clothes there are also plenty of hangers. A hairdryer and a safe are also provided. |
| Bathrooms: | Refurbished bathroom with bath/shower over, wc, bidet and vanity sink unit. |
| Kitchen: | Full oven, 4 ring hob, fridge with small top box freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, plenty of crockery, pots and pans, glassware, cutlery. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge contains a double sofa bed with proper sprung base and mattress, it also contains a TV which receives mainly Spanish channels but there are some sports channels and news channels in English. A DVD player plays both Cds and DVDs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Property will be cleaned and fresh linen and towels will be provided for your arrival. This service is then repeated after every 7 day period. In addition, we offer our guests the opportunity to book any additional services they require payable locally. |
Notes on accommodation
Smokers are welcome but we ask that for the comfort of all our guests you confine smoking to the outside of the apartment on the balcony where ashtrays are provided. The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the apartment and recommend you take out suitable insurance before travelling.

Booking notes
Prices are per week and based on 2 people sharing. Each additional person will be charged £25 per week. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. All late bookings will require full payment. A £50 security deposit is taken at the time of final balance to cover any damage or breakages which may occur, this is refunded once the property has been checked and the keys returned.
