Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Two or more consecutive weeks will be entitled to a discount off the weekly price. Child cot and high chairs are available on request at a nominal charge. All bookings include a complimentary 'Welcome Pack' including provisions to get your holiday started as soon as you step foot inside 'Casa Paula'.
Any week in July/Aug now £450-Save £70 for maximiun 6 people.

Changeover day
Changeover days are generally a Wednesday or Saturday for British visitors, but we are happy to accommodate any arrival/leaving date request should your diary not quite fit these times. Please contact us to discuss this!

Notes on accommodation
'Casa Paula' are a child safe friendly villas with secure private sun terraces affording you discreet privacy at the same time as a secure area for young families. The rooftop terraces are accessed by a secure spiral staircase from the sun-terrace. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa, only on the outside terrace and roof terrace areas. Suitable for children, ask as for special extras.

Accessibility
Amenities/Facilities provided:
hob/stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron/ironing board, cable TV, satellite TV, TV, room fans, cot, high chair, pool heating and shared pool.
Casa Paula and the development of Los Abanicos is a wheelchair accessible villa and location. There are gentle ramps fitted to access the general pool area. In addition, access to the private villa is via ramps also.

Outside
Casa Paula is based around carefully maintained Canary Island gardens, with large grassed areas, numerous typical trees and plants to be found in the temperate climate of the Canary Islands. The villas are connected by safe illuminated walkways, all leading safely to and from the pool area. The large communal pool area is a great way of relaxing and cooling off during the long sunny days. There is also a separate children's pool making safe bathing for the little ones. In the evening as the sun dips, the pool area transforms into a balmy outdoor terrace area from which to relax and use as you like.
Casa Paula has got a private terrace with Jacuzzi and barbecue.

Coast/Beach
Villa Paula is 5 minutes drive to the world famous & protected Natural Dunes. Is only 5 minutes drive where kitesurfing, surfing & windsurfing is available all year round. The Northern beaches of Fuerteventura are always quiet. The idyllic coastal village of El Cotillo is a 30 minute drive from Casa Paula.

Golf
There are several golf courses under construction on the island, but the only one open at the moment is the Fuerteventura Golf Club, in Caleta de Fuste, near the airport. It has been fully open since Spring 2002 and was designed by architect Juan Catarimeau. The course is designed very much with the prevailing north, north/westerly wind in mind, making three of the par 3's with a head wind which makes club selection all so important. There are two par 5's and the rest are par 4's. The course is generally on the flat with exception of the 17th & 18th. It boasts an impressive 5 star clubhouse, the Elba Palace Golf Resort Hotel. It has a pro-shop, resident PGA professional, driving range, chipping area, practice bunker and putting green.

Skiing
Fuerteventura is a haven for windsurfers & kitesurfers. It has been a long established destination for mountain biking holiday seekers with miles of dry challenging volcanic terrain.
Numerous surf breaks are close to Casa Paula. The world famous flag beach windsurf & kite surf centre is only 5 minutes away where you can take lessons or hire equipment.

Special interest holidays
Villa Paula is the best place to enjoy your holidays, the island is very quiet, and we have the best beach of Canary Island.

Numerous surf breaks are close to Casa Paula. The world famous flag beach windsurf & kite surf centre is only 5 minutes away where you can take lessons or hire equipment.
An important thing to recommend you is visit the typical towns, like Betancuria and Antigua, and you can test the typical cheese "queso majorero" from the island. Ask us for further information.

Travel
The airport of Fuerteventura is 30 minutes drive (50km). Private transfers to and from the airport can be arranged at an additional fee along with car hire which is recommended to make full use of the island, although it is not essential as shops, bars and restuarants are a short walk away.

Distances
Corralejo town centre is a 25 minute walk away, with the closest bars and shops a 5 minute walk from the villa. The new Baku water aqua-park is only a 10 minute walk as is the ten pin bowling alley and weekly market.

Further details
Corralejo town has a host of bars, restaurants to suit all tastes and local facilities such as banks. A 3 euro taxi will get you into town. The old town of Corralejo hosts numerous traditional Tapas and Spanish eateries set around the old harbour area.

Booking notes
A provisional booking can be held for up to 3 days after which time it will be cancelled. A 25% deposit is required on booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before departure. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before departure the full payment is due at time of booking. Payment can be made Internet Bank Transfer.
The villa is reserved exclusively for the persons named at the time of booking. No other persons may use the accommodation without prior approval.
