Notes on accommodation
This villa is suited to families as well as groups looking for privacy but with easy access to the centre of the resort. The villa is within a 15 minute walk of all local amenities such as supermarkets, shops and restaurants.
The local shuttle bus stop two minutes away from the villa - the bus travels to all the major areas including the Marina Rubicon, all beaches and the centre of the resort. 7 days a week, every 30 minutes 7:00am to 10:00pm
Outside
Covered al-fresco dining/chill-out area, large heated pool with ample sun terracing, spacious gardens, absolutely no noise from traffic.
Coast/Beach
15 minute walk to the centre of the resort and Playa Flamingo beaches, 25 minute walk to Playa Dorada Beach. Safe, clean and sandy beaches with ample water sport attractions if desired.
Travel
Airport is 25 minutes by taxi.
Distances
15 minutes walk to the town centre and beaches of Playa Blanca.

The resort has a choice of 4 well equipped supermarkets, banks, good quality restaurants for lunches and superb quality restaurants for dinner. Playa Dorada Beach is well suited for sun bathing and water sport enthusiasts alike. Playa Flamingo Beach is ideal for small children as it has a sea wall and the tide is safe and controlled.
