Villa Paradise Found is bright and spacious and furnished to an extremely high standard with all the facilities a superior villa offers the discerning guests. A large hallway opens into the spacious living area, there is a separate dining room, a modern kitchen, utility area, three pretty bedrooms all with en-suite facilities and a guest cloakroom. The villa is set in spacious walled grounds for privacy, pool bar with fridge & stools, 9x4m heated pool and Jacuzzi / spa, poolside shower, ample furnished patio and outside eating area. Security is paramount with fully enclosed and gated gardens ideal for families and the added security of being fully alarmed. The villa is situated in the exclusive residential area of Los Mojones within a few minutes drive or 15 minutes walk of the main resort Puerto del Carmen which offers many restaurants, bars, shops and golden beaches. A hire car is recommended as they are inexpensive to explore the island, although this is not essential.

Changeover day
Thursdays is the normal changeover day for the island as flights are plenty from the UK although any start day considered except for the high season.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The master bedroom has a double bed with access to the outside pool and terrace via French doors, there is also a dressing/nursery room and a walk-in wardrobe. The other two bedrooms both have twin beds each enjoying their own bath en-suite facilities. |
| Bathrooms: | Master en-suite bathroom is fitted with his/her basins, WC, bidet and a marble roman style sunken bath with shower. The twin bedrooms each have an en-suite with WC, wash basin, bath with shower over. The guest cloakroom has WC and wash basin. |
| Kitchen: | The modern kitchen is very well equipped including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, oven/hob, family breakfast area with seating for 4. |
| Utility Room: | From the rear of the kitchen there is acess to an outside large utility area with a washing machine and drying facilities. |

All linen supplied. A fresh set of towels (exc beach towels) for every day of your stay, mini clean half way through week stay and weekly bedding/linen change. If stay is more than 7 days the villa is cleaned throughout each subsequent week. |

Accessibility
This villa is suitable for wheelchairs, being all on one level and with wide access doorways to the property.
Outside
Suitable for families with children as secured gated property which is all on one level. The villa has extensive terraces surrounded by a bordered garden with colourful, sub-tropical plants and is situated on a corner plot of over 1100 sq.m.
Outside pool and patio area are to the rear of the villa making it completely private. This area includes a fabulous, 9m x 4m private heated swimming pool with ample patio furniture, parasols, comfortable sun-loungers, and an outside pool shower. For al fresco dining/entertainment there is a poolside bar with fridge and stools plus BBQ. There is also the added luxury of a private 19-jet Jacuzzi spa.
Coast/Beach
The golden beaches of Puerto del Carmen are a short drive or 15 minute walk away. You will find sun loungers and umbrellas for your use as water sports equipment for hire. The Old Town Harbour also has lots of spectacular views and restaurants. There are also ferry ports to take you to the other Canary Islands.
Special interest holidays
Being an island all water sports plus courses are available all seasons. There is sports complex at La Santa. Walking tours are also available.
Travel
Arrecife airport is approx 15 minutes by car or taxi to the villa. Car hire is not essential although recommended to explore this wonderful island with many interesting places to see for your enjoyment. Please refer to our web site for further details.
Distances
The colorful Teguise Sunday Market is 30 minute drive away & Playa Blanca is 25 minute drive away with 'Rubicon' marina housing many designer shops and fabulous restaurants you can also catch the ferry to Fuertaventura here and 3km away you will reach Papagayo Beach which is one of the finest beaches for swimming on the island.

Cancellation charge:
56 - 43 days before departure = 30% of the cost.
42 to 29 days before departure = 45% of the cost.
28 to 14 days before departure = 60% of the cost.
Less than 14 days before departure = 100% of the cost.
