Our villa is located on a private estate amongst carefully maintained grounds, 2 pools and 1 tennis court. Some of the owners have taken permanent residency on the estate and so the complex has an air of tranquillity, cleanliness and order about it. Our villa has one of the most sought after plots on the estate being very private with no overlooking properties and has great views. The villa is situated about 300 metres from the coast with views over Playa Blanca and the Ferry Port with Fuerteventura clearly visible on the horizon. Playa Blanca is a charming fishing resort town with plenty of bars and restaurants to suit most peoples' tastes. The town is centred on one of the 3 beaches in the immediate vicinity. The beach is lined with restaurants alongside a sea-front path that joins all 3 of Playa Blanca main beaches from east to west. Changeover day
We ask guests to leave at 11am and check in time is 2pm on changeover day. We can be flexible depending on next guests - please discuss with us.

| Bedrooms: |
Our villa has 3 bedrooms, two rooms each with 2 single beds and one room with 1 single bed and can sleep 5 people comfortably. We also offer a travel cot for a baby if required (£15 charge for duration of stay). |
| Bathrooms: |
The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a power-shower and contains a washing machine. The other bathroom has a bath and is shared between the other two bedrooms. |
| Kitchen: |
The dining table seats 5 and divides the living room area from the kitchen area. The stainless steel appliances include a 4-hob electric cooker, an electric grill/oven and an extractor hood. The white goods include a fridge/freezer and microwave oven. |
| Living Rooms: |
The living room has 2 chairs and a 3-seater sofa to comfortably seat 5 adults. There is a 21” colour TV, a DVD player and a video recorder. We offer visitors a satellite TV receiver picking up a lot of UK Channels. |
| Other: |
The kitchen has been equipped with the latest appliances and cupboards following a similar theme to the bathrooms having black granite work surfaces. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
All linen and towels are provided (excluding beach towels) and both are changed weekly. The villa is also cleaned once a week. We also offer full support if issues arise (service team) and can be discussed at time of booking. |
Notes on accommodation
All 3 bedrooms open onto the main living area. The main living area is divided into the lounge, dining and kitchen areas. All floors in the villa are covered in terracotta floor tiles.
The water is heated by gas from an on-demand boiler which provides plenty of hot water when required (no more cold showers).

Accessibility
The villa can be accessed very easily and so is fine for wheelchair users.
Outside
Outdoor furniture is provided and there is also a barbeque outside the villa for personal use.
Golf
Playa Blanca has a fine selection fof luxury golf courses.
Special interest holidays
In Lanzarote, you will find restaurants for all tastes: Mexicans, Italians, Chinese, Indians, etc. and above all, local cuisine.
Typical dishes from the Canary Islands include wrinkled potatoes with mojo, cheese, los pejines, mussels, limpets, burgaos, steamed or in vinegar. Jareadas, fish consommé, Canarian stew are some of the tastiest dishes that you can try when you visit the island. The dishes are mild and are made with local ingredients, like fish seasoned with mojo.

The town has escaped commercialisation and its traditional charm and architecture remains unspoilt as you walk through the pedestrianised boardwalk that the shops front onto. The shops provide all the essential products and service you will need on holiday including grocery supermarkets, banks, clothing boutiques, chemists and photography.
Visiting Lanzarote is an unforgettable experience. Apart from the natural beauty that the island offers, the artist Cesar Manrique has managed to combine art with conservation.
The villages on Lanzarote are characterised by the respect and care for the surrounds, and by the brightness of their architecture. Their white houses in contrast with the black of the lava offer a characteristic landscape. The windmills and typical Arabic chimneys make up beautiful views from any point on the island and each village, has it’s own unique blend of equatorial Spanish architecture.
