Located next to the nature reserve of Punta Rasca this apartment offers natural and unspolit views of the sea. It is modern, airy and spacious and is part of a small, quiet and restful complex. Includes a large communal pool for the use of the complex residents and guests only. Fully furnished with an open plan kitchen that is fully fitted. The apartment has reinforced doors and double glazed windows, marble effect floors. Palm Mar is a excellent base for a more quieter holiday. There are no hotels, no constant loud traffic no bustling and noisy nightlife - although all this can be found only 10 mins drive away in Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos (so you can have a bit of both should you fancy!). Amenities within Palm Mar include a couple of small bars, restaurants, general stores and a bank, with excellent communication via roads. Palm Mar is well situated for the 5 golf courses in the region, fishing, walking, diving, all in the immediate area.

Coast/Beach
300m walk to the volcanic seafront with brand new paved promenade. The popular beachside resorts of Los Cristianos en Las Americas are only 2.5km away, on the other side of the natural reserve called Guaza, fantastic walk with stunning sea views over the Atlantic Ocean with the island of Gomera in the distance and mount Teide on the other side. The Palm Mar urbanisation is situated on the most southern tip of the island. It is enclosed between two protected natural reserves.
Golf
The beautiful club Los Palos, a 9-hole golf course, is just 2 minutes away, just outside the village. It has a driving range, putting green and a lovely cafeteria at the entrance. Within 10 minutes drive, you find 4 x 18-hole golf courses :Golf del Sur, Las Americas Golf, Amarilla Golf and Costa Adeje Golf.
Travel
From TFS Airport, join Autopista del Sur/TF-1 Los Cristianos. Leave TF-1 at Junc 26, Guaza/Las Galletas (there are 2 exits on the same slip road, take the second exit). Join TF-66 and go under the TF-1. Keep in left hand lane. At roundabout take 2nd exit at Renault. At 2nd roundabout, 1st exit and drive through Guaza town. At 3rd roundabout, 1st exit to Palm Mar.
