The complex is totally secured by high walls and large entry gates with intercom for secure access. Two large communal swimming pools including jacuzzi, children’s pool, toilets and poolside showers. All surrounded by beautiful flower gardens in the centre of the complex. Situated in quiet location, 5 mins from Golf Del Sur by car. Entertainment can be found in the area of San Blas, 6 minutes away on the Golf del Sur, which is perfect for couples and families. It has a selection of shops, a good range of bars and restaurants including Tapas, English, Chinese and Indian food as well as live entertainment every day of the week.

Car advised. Steps from street level to apartments. Unsuitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
Double patio doors lead out onto the large covered terrace which looks up to Mount Teide. On the terrace there is a table and 4 chairs for you to enjoy your alfresco dining and also 2 reclining sun-lounges for you to relax and unwind.
Coast/Beach
Nearest sandy beach is situated at El Medano, 7 minutes by car. The large sandy beaches of Los Cristianos and Playa Las Americas are only 10-15 minutes away. Well worth a visit are the natural rock pools at Garachico and the harbour and lido at Los Gigantes.
Golf
For the golfer’s, there are 2 golf courses locally with the Golf del Sur Championship 27 hole course just 5 minutes drive. Just a little further is Amarillo Golf which has a signature hole where you drive over the sea.
Special interest holidays
There is a plethora of activities on the island some of which are Submarine safaris, Land Rover Safaris, Quad Park and Go-Karting, Sea Excursions, Camel Park, Loro Parque – Theme Park, Cable Car ride to Mount Teide, Whale and Dolphin Excursions, Aqualand Water Park, Zoos and many more.
Travel
The nearest airport is Tenerife South, it is only 10 minutes away by car, although you will not be disturbed by aircraft. Car hire is recommended if you want to see some of the island. Taxis are available at the airport - 20 euros to complex.
Distances
Los Cristianos about 20 mins. Las Americas about 20 mins.
Los Gigantes about 45 mins. Mount Teide about 1 1/2 hours.
Further details
There is a supermarket, bar, bank and restaurant within walking distance and plenty of good bars and restaurants within a 10 minutes drive at San Blas Commercial Centre and Golf Del Sur. Also, shops, banks and supermarkets.
The apartments are situated in Jardín San Miguel, Llano del Camello which is a new residential district located in Las Chafiras.
While shopping and services are currently 10-15 minutes walk away, in the near future this area will have its own shopping centre, gymnasium, cinema and tennis courts.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit required per booking, non-refundable for cancellations. A further £300 security deposit will be retained until keys have been returned and apartment checked. Any loss, damage or breakages will be deducted from deposit. Full price of the booking is payable 8 weeks prior to dates booked. Bookings are accepted within 8 weeks of travel and are subject to full payment and £300 security deposit.
