Completed in June 2004, Villa Feliz is designed around a large living area (with satellite TV, DVD, PlayStation, CD/cassette hi-fi stereo), with comfortable seating including 2 sofas, all extending to a beautiful covered terrace, where most meals are taken, and where one can relax or entertain in this cool, calm space. Everywhere you will find comfortable, quality furnishings, pictures, and lights.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds for 2-4 persons (Additional person under 5 years of age at start of holiday go free). Please enquire for discounts for couples only, returning clients and lets of 3 weeks and over.
Changeover day
Usually Thursdays or Sundays, other days please enquire. Arrival usually after 15.00 to give us a chance to service the villa.

All towels (except beach towels) and linen included. Villa is cleaned and fully serviced weekly. |

Outside
There is a private swimming pool (25' x 12'), which is solar heated by special panels and an electric heat pump for guaranteed winter pool warmth. Also you will find a large sun terrace with comfortable beds and shady pergola, an outdoor shower, BBQ, hardwood dining furniture and a garden planted with indigenous Canarian plants and succulents, all surrounded by screens and walls to ensure your privacy. Pool and terrace is not overlooked so sunbathe and swim 'au naturelle' if you wish.
Coast/Beach
Beaches with restaurants and bars just 7 and 15 minutes level walk from the villa. The world renowned Playa Papagayo is just 15 minutes drive.
Golf
There is an established golf course at Costa Teguise (about 25 mins) and a further course under construction nearby due to open late 2008.
Travel
A car is not essential as shops and restaurants are within an easy walk of the villa. However, to get the best from the island and it's facilities, a car (rental is only around £120 per week) is recommended. Arrecife airport is 20 minutes and taxis are usually abundant (but expect queues) and car hire is in the terminal.
