Outside covered eating area + patio over looking views of Fuerteventura. Private heated pool and barbeque. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the villa. Playa Blanca is a quiet but interesting town and offers good restaurants, bars, shops, car/bike hire. The near by harbour offers a ferry service over to Fuerteventura.

Notes on accommodation
This accommodation is suitable for families and couples but should be noted that the pool is not guarded and children will need to be supervised at all times. Pool depth ranges from 0.9 mtr to 1.8 mtrs. Life ring available. Pool is cleaned twice a week and is heated and has pool light.
Accessibility
The villa has not been built/designed for wheelchair users but is situated all on one level.
Outside
The villa has a large patio area surrounding the pool and aswell as the covered outside eating area there is a table and 4 chairs c/w with sun parasol. There are also 4 sun loungers c/w with cushions.
Private heated pool, landscaped gardens, tended weekly.
Coast/Beach
Playa Blanca has three beaches the nearest being Playa Flamingo which is a 15 mins walk or 5 mins car drive. Playa Dorada beach is 25 mins walk or 10 mins car drive and has many water activities. There is also a smaller beach on the promenade in the middle of town offering bars and restaurants nearby.
Further a field there are the unspoilt secluded Papagyo beaches. These are a 20 min car drive through the National Park on unmade roads, but are worth the ride.

Nearest golf course is at Costa Teguise.

Travel
Lanzarote only has one airport which is Arrecife. This is a 25 mins car drive to the Villa in Playa Blanca. We find it easiest to hire a car directly from the airport but there is also a good taxi rank/service directly outside the airport. Transfer costs are approx. 60 Euros each way. We recommend car hire but it is not essential.
Distances
Town centre, bars & restaurants within 10 mins walking distance or 5 mins car ride. But again taxi's are available at a rate of approx 3-5 Euros.
There are various attractions all over the Island which you can visit by car, taxi, bus or coach trip. Details are available in the Villa.
Further details
Playa Blanca offers all amenities including chemists, doctors, dentists, banks, cash points, shops and supermarkets. Good for duty free shopping.
Booking notes
A £200 non-refundable deposit is due on booking. A £200 refundable security deposit and balance is due six weeks before arrival date. Copy of your travel insurance is required before confirmation of booking. No hen or stag parties. Confirmation of names and ages of all guests travelling to be advised on booking.

Our villa was purposely built and decorated for our family as a holiday home in the Winter.
We enjoy our time in Playa Blanca every time we go and I am sure any family would be at home in our villa.
