Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Please vacate the apartment by 10am unless previously arranged. Luggage can be left in a safe place if your flight home is not until later in the day.
Accommodation

| Bathrooms: | Bathroom with shower over bath, wc and vanity wash basin and shaver socket. |
| Kitchen: | Fitted kitchen with full oven and 4 ring electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich/toastie maker. Ample crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | Spacious lounge area with French doors opening onto sunny terrace. Double sofa bed, dining table and seating for 4, Sky TV with English, Spanish and German channels, radio/CD player and a selection of books are available. Ceiling fan and safe. Storage. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and bedlinen are included and are changed weekly. The apartment is cleaned on your departure. Milk and a bottle of water are provided on your arrival for that first well needed cup of tea! |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment and complex are more suited to families and adults wanting a quiet and relaxing holiday. There are ample sunbeds free of charge situated on the pool area (we have provided cushions for the sunbeds). There is internet access at reception for a small charge. Laundry facilities are available on the complex.

Accessibility
Although the complex is situated on a hill, our apartment is on ground level making it accessible for the disabled. There are plenty of taxis available to transport you around the area all at a reasonable cost.
Outside
Sunny terrace with patio table and 2 chairs leading onto pool area. Communal pool (heated in winter months) with plenty of sunbeds and parasols available free of charge. There is plenty of on street parking available for those wishing to hire a car.
Coast/Beach
1km from sandy beaches and harbour where fishing, dolphin and whale watching trips can be booked. A ferry to La Gomera leaves every hour from the harbour. An abundance of bars, shops and restaurants can be found in Los Cristianos, further afield in Las Americas you can find night clubs for those wishing to dance the night away.
Golf
There are several quality golf courses within 10 mins drive of the complex.
Travel
Tenerife Sur Airport is approx 15km away and is 15-20 mins drive. Taxis are available from airport and cost about 20 euros. Car hire is available from the airport or in the resort itself tho is not essential as there are plenty of taxi ranks and a bus station about 10 mins walk away.
Distances
Los Cristianos is approx 1km away with Playa De Las Americas is a little further afield. A water park is 10 mins drive/taxi ride away, there is a free shuttle bus which can be picked up from The Paradise Park Hotel a short walk away. Mount Teide and Loro Park are just over an hour away as are Santa Cruz and Peurto De La Cruz
Booking notes
A £50 non-refundable deposit per week is required to secure your booking, with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to departure. A set of keys and directions will then be sent to you 2 weeks before your arrival.
