Exclusive private villa, in exclusive location, which the locals call 'Beverley Hills'. There are 4 large bedrooms (including 2 family bedrooms, one with en-suite and bunk beds) and 2 bathrooms. Outside, there are spacious terraces for el-fresco dining as well as a large swimming pool (solar heated from Oct 09) with solar shower and a separate, luxurious, spa jacuzzi seating 6 people. Hollywood is tastefully furnished with authentic memorabilia and leather furniture etc. The ground floor is secluded so privacy is guaranteed. The exceptionally beautiful beaches of Costa Calma are within 10 minutes minutes walk as well as the shops, bars and restaurants. Costa Calma is 10 minutes from Oasis Park Zoo, a children's paradise with camel safaris and crocodile shows. Also 10 minutes from Morro Jable and Jandia with beaches just like the Caribbean.

Notes on prices
Please enquire in first instance; price are from per villa, per week in UK Pounds for 4 guests. Extra guests £99 each up to a max 12. Peak periods incur additional supplement. There is a standard, weekly charge for cleaning, linen and towels of £50 per week. On arrival at the villa a fully refundable breakage deposit of 150 euros in cash and this is returned at the end of the holiday. Changeover day
Changeover days are normally Wednesday or Saturday The Villa is available from 4pm on the day of your arrival and we request that you vacate by 10am on the day of your departure. However, we can be flexible.
| Bedrooms: | All the bedrooms are tastefully furnished with ceiling fans. 2 family bedrooms, 1 with double bed and bunk-beds, 1 can be made into triple rooms if requsted, 1 with en-suite, and 2 twin bedded rooms. There is a sofa bed in the living area. |
| Bathrooms: | The bathrooms are well equipped with marble surrounds etc. There is a bath and shower, as well as a separate shower. Outside there is also a solar powered shower. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is well equipped with every utensil possible. There is a large cooker with a hob, an American-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster etc. |
| Utility Room: | The utility area includes a washing machine and drying facilities. |
| Living Rooms: | The spacious areas comprise both inside and outside, with lots of areas for relaxing. The dining area includes satellite TV, DVD, video etc. |
| Other: | Spacious outdoor terraces with sunbeds, tables & chairs. The jacuzzi seats 5 adults and a purpose built brick barbeque for alfresco dining. Games area has darts and bar-football. villa is enclosed by large brick walls for total privacy and seclusion. |

Notes on accommodation
The property is very private indeed, with car parking for 3/4 cars behind the large private gates. It is very family friendly villa. Full internet access available. Solar powered pool heating from October 2009.
Accessibility
Some of the bedrooms are located on the first floor so suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
The swimming pool is approx 7m x 4.5m with a shallow end for children and steps from the roman end. Situated next to the Pool is a fabulous hot tub which is just perfect for gazing at the night stars from the hot tub. There are plenty of sun lounger beds as well as outdoor tables and chairs.
Coast/Beach
5-10 minutes walk to the exceptional costa calma beach with golden sands (just like the caribbean). There are 352 beaches in Fuerteventura so if you don't like one, you simply move on to the next. The coast line is fascinating with aqua marine sea.
Golf
There are many golf course in Fuerteventura and with the guaranteed sunshine, its is a golfers paradise. There is a five star golf course in Jandia which is just 10 minutes drive away. La Playitas Golf is just 15 minutes away and in Caleta de Fuste there are 2 golf courses which is approx 30 minutes away.
Skiing
Kite sailing and windsurfing are popular activites at nearby Sotovento Beach.
Special interest holidays
Fuerteventura is a surfer's paradise with windsurfing and kitesailing world championships. Kite sailing and windsurfing are popular activites at nearby Sotovento Beach.
Travel
The nearest airport is Puerto del Rosario, which is just 40 minutes away by taxi or we can organise a private car to collect you (for a nominal charge). We do not take liabiity for any loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the Villa and we recommend that you take out suitable insurance before travelling to the Island.
Distances
You do not, essentially, need a vehicle whilst at the Villa because you can walk into the town. The nearest bars, restaurants, and a supermarket are nearby, even though the villa is situated in a private residential area. However, we would recommend a vehicle to explore the rest of the Island.

Booking notes
A 20% non-refundable booking deposit is payable within 5 working days to secure your booking and the balance is to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to departure. Children less than 2 years are not charged and baby chairs and cots are free of charge.

I live with my husband Stephen and son, now aged 9 in Derbyshire. Our 'day job' is in Show business and we run Theatre Productions Ltd.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought the Villas when our son was just 2 years old because it is such a wonderful family friendly Island. I think it is probably like main land Spain used to be some 30 years ago.
Its only a 4 hour flight from England but its like going to paradise because it is less commercial and slower pace. The Fuerteventurian people say that once you've been you will return again and again which is what we do all the time.
Unique benefits of the property
Peace and tranquility is certainly guaranteed. We are detached in a residential area with not a holiday complex in site. We've made it a true home from home but with sunshine all the year.
The swimming pool is fantastic for children and we relax on the terrace whilst watching them in the safety of the pool.
