Notes on accommodation
No pets allowed. The villa is ideal for families and small children. No hidden extras (e.g. hire of equipment). Price is as quoted if you wish playstation and games supplying ask Paula. Free welcome pack. Beach towels included so saves on luggage allowance.
Accessibility
Although the villa is single storey there are steps leading up to the private terrace, therefore not really suitable for wheelchairs.
Outside
Include garden area and path around the villa, heated private pool (approx 3x7), outside furniture consists of large terrace table and chairs, 2 smaller outside next to 4 recliner chairs aswell as 6 sunbeds and outside BBQ area. Outside pool table.
Coast/Beach
5 minute walk to Los Pocillos Beachs and beach promenade to Matagorda or Puerto del Carmen front. The coast is wonderful for walkers, cyclists as it is so flat with fantastic views.
Golf
The new golf course in Puerto del Carmen is up and running with superb views this brand new golf course is a must for golf lovers. We work in connection with "Lanzarote4Golf" for all your golfing needs whether you need group bookings or individual bookings please contact Paula (number below). There are prizes and many competitions arranged for keen golfers.
Special interest holidays
This property ideal for keen walkers or bikers because of the position of the villa due to the promenades running along side the sea and beaches. These walkways stretch all the way to Old Town Harbour and Playa Honda.
Travel
Arrecife Airport is a 10 minute drive and costs approx 12 euro by taxi. If you do not wish for a car there is no need as you are so close to all amenities. Nearest car hire (payless car hire) is a 5 min walk and the prices are the cheapest in Lanzarote. Alternatively you can get in touch with Paula and she can have a car waiting at the airport for you, or outside you villa.
Distances
To your left of the villa you can walk to Matagorda (beach front restaurants/bars/supermarkets) this promenade leads to the airport where you can watch the planes take off and land. Another 30 minutes and you will arrive at Playa Honda (another resort with fabulous sea-front restaurants). To your right of the villa, leads you towards Puerto del Carmen centre, this can take 40 minute walk along the beach front to the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen and the harbour with best fish restaurants around.
Further details
There are many places in Lanzarote to visit, you need a car to get to Lanzarote's premier Yacht Marina Puerto Calero, or Yaiza (beautifully designed gardens) and Playa Blanca (also has new marina Rubicon). Alternatively you can get the bus outside the San Antionio Hotel (8 min walk) to Arrecife, the capital of Lanzarote for shopping and great duty free deals. The bus service is excellent and provides a quick and cheap alternative.
