This newly refurbished studio apartment is ideal for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. The stunning sea views from the shared terrace overlook the picturesque Old Town harbour, with the excellent fish restaurants and Irish bars. The complex is very quiet yet only 2 mins walk to local supermarket and bars. The studio is of a very high standard and comprises of walk in shower, wc, basin. The excellent open plan studio consists of 2 twin beds, fitted wardrobe, with kitchen and open plan living area. The bathroom has walk-in shower with glass partition and brand new shower. The studio is very private, on entering you will notice the tasteful decor and excellent standard of furniture. This beautiful complex is ideal with its stunning South facing views. There are 5km of stunning sandy beaches towards the centre of Puerto del Carmen. This fabulous apartment has everything you need for a quick getaway. Playa Chica in the old town of Puerto del Carmen is the nearest beach (15 min walk).

Changeover day
Flexible changeover day, please let us know arrival and departure times. If late departures ask Paula will always try and accommodate if needed longer on day of departure.

Accessibility
Not wheelchair friendly as there are steps to swimming pool and terraces.
Outside
There are large terraced areas for your sunbathing with sun loungers and tables and chairs. The large swimming pool is shared. On the lower floor you will find the large communal swimming pool with showers and sunbeds. This area can also be used for barbecues.
Coast/Beach
Small beach is 10 min walk, alternatively large stretches of beaches 15 minutes walk along the beach front to Puerto del Carmen and Matagorda. Harbour is 10 min walk where you can choose scuba diving or submarine safari.
Golf
The brand new golf course is ten minutes away for competitive prices please ask Paula about golfing holidays and all your golfing needs we do groups and idividual booking with 'Lanzarote4Golf'.
Special interest holidays
If you love fishing this is the place to go, whether you enjoy fishing or trying the superb restaurants in the Harbour, the local fish is to be highly recommended. You can hire fishing rods per week alternatively you can hire bikes per week aswell. For holiday makers who enjoy walking there are many fabulous walks to Puerto Calero and Matagorda these are sea front walks that have been recently constructed. The views are amazing.
Travel
Arrecife airport is 15 min drive. You do not need car hire, being so close to all the amenities and the bus service from the top of the Old Town is frequent. However if you wish car hire please contact Paula (owner) for day rates.
Distances
10 mins walk to harbour and beaches. 30 min walk to Puerto Calero (the luxury resort for Lanzarote Premier Yacht Marina) with beautiful restaurants and bars. The new water taxi is fabulous and takes you to Puerto Calero for only 5 euros per person, travel in luxurous on the sea.
Further details
There are a number of quality restaurants & bars 2 mins away. The famous 'Mario's' Italian restaurant is excellent value for money. Also 'Crafty Cow' bar does the best english breakfast and fish n chips. The supermarket nearest is 3 min walk 'Spar' and offers a wide choice of food with freshly baked bread.

About the owner
Bought this apartment for enjoying many holidays abroad and our friends and family can also enjoy the stress free holidays. This is our 2nd home and we can spend up to 6 weeks holiday a year here. The apartment is very well maintained and has everything you need for your holiday or break in the sun. The private terrace is shaded so you can get away from the intense sun but only 3 steps away from your sun loungers and red hot sun, best of both worlds, the complex is very quiet and very friendly, the pool area been on a lower level so no disturbances.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
The location is perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday while only a short distance to the local supermarket and restaurants, bars. The Crafty cow is next door and a family run bar, these are the friendliest family from Dublin and are very accommodating with excellent English breakfast and Fish n chips. Mario's Italian Restaurant is walking distance and also excellent value for money with friendly staff. We like this area due to the closeness only 10 mins walk to the Old Town Harbour and the complex Las Terracitas is very quiet location with all day south facing sun.
