This modern, light and completely refurbished, ground floor apartment is probably one of the best holiday rentals around, you have everything on your doorstep! The apartment has only just finished being refurbished inside and outside in Spring 2008. All the furnishings are also new. Located in the beautiful Las Dunas Residencial private complex with mature Canarian gardens with large swimming pool with a shallow children’s section, a must for small and big kids alike! The complex also has a tennis court. If you are coming away on holiday to be near it all, yet far enough away from the busy bars and restaurants, then this is most definitely the place to stay for a relaxing and tranquil holiday. Although the apartment overlooks the pool the patio area, it is still very private.

Changeover day
Changeover day is most likely to either be a Wednesday or a Saturday but we are flexible and would try and accommodate you. We would also try and accommodate early arrival/late departure – depending on new arrivals.

Light and airy lounge with a panoramic window overlooking the pool area, with a sofa bed, TV, DVD and CD/radio player. The door leads onto the patio which has a table and four chairs to allow for leisurely alfresco dining. |

All bedding (light duvets) and towels are included and the property will be cleaned. Bedding and towels will be changed once per week. Please bring your own beach towels. If your stay is for more than one week then a mid stay clean will be carried out. |
Notes on accommodation
Please that this is a no smoking holiday home and ask that you respect this. A selection of DVDs/CDs are available in the apartment for guests to use for those evenings in. A hairdryer and a radio/CD player are also provided.

Accessibility
The apartment is on the ground floor but is accessed via steps therefore unfortunately it is not suitable for wheelchairs.
Outside
The shared pool is surrounded by mature Canarian botanical gardens with palm trees and exotic foliage throughout the complex.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is a 5/10 mins walk and is child friendly with sheltered bathing and beach bars serving a choice of food and drink. The award winning blue flag beach, which is the start of the famous dunes 'Las Dunas', is a further 5 minutes walk. The Baku Water and Theme Park are a 10 mins walk. There is a local market on a Mon and Fri at Baku. The town centre’s bars and shops are a leisurely 15 mins walk. There is a lovely new Canarian shopping centre 5 mins walk with a large supermarket.
Golf
The nearest golf course is situated in Caleta de Fuste which is a 40 minute drive from Corralejo.
Special interest holidays
If water sport is of interest you have it all just a 5 minute drive away where you can enjoy windsurfing, surfing, kite surfing, jet skis, banana boats or sail the day away on a boat trip, or indeed even a simple swim in the beautiful turquoise ocean!
Travel
The airport is situated 30 minutes drive away. It is not essential to have a car once you are in the resort and you can get a taxi from the airport for approx 45 euros. Alternatively if you wish we can arrange a private transfer for you for 30 euros. If you have been in the town centre in the evening you can easily get a taxi back for approx 3-4 euros.
Distances
The apartment is situated 400m from the nearest beach and shopping centre although the nearest bar and small supermarket are only 200m away.
