We have 2 very similar apartments to offer, together or separately. The sea view apartment with splendid sea and pool views from every room - to watch the sunset can be stunning! The garden apartment has a 50sqm terrace adjacent to the landscaped pool area yet totally private (screened by the gardens) with full length sunbeds for your use. A safe and roomy haven for families with children! Both apartments have sunny terraces winter and summer, and are situated within view of one another! This new complex is clean, modern and well ran. 2 lovely pool areas with separate adults and children’s pools and jacuzzi's. There is a supermarket situated immediately next door. A car is not needed so we can also arrange transfers from and to the airport. We leave a comprehensive information folder to help make your holiday a success!

Garden Apartment (Sleeps 4/5. 2 Bedrooms)

Lounge with ample seating, flat screen TV with English channels, DVD/CD/mp3 player - many latest films avail! Leads out onto terrace.
Kitchen is new and modern, there is a large fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, plenty crockery and cutlery.
Master bedroom with double bed, room for cot/single bed, lots of storage space, full length mirror. En-suite bathroom, fully tiled with bath (shower over) mirror over sink which is set in marble, bidet, wc, towel rails etc.
2nd bedroom with twin beds, ample wardrobe and drawer space, shower room opposite with sink set in marble unit, large mirror, WC and towel rails/shelves.
Both bedrooms and the lounge lead onto the huge and unique terrace 50qm, 1 of only 3 on the whole complex. Alongside a dining table and chairs, there are 2 rattan settees with coffee table and 2 full size sunbeds to take advantage of the all day sun that this terrace receives! There are shady parts to escape to if necessary!

Sea View Apartment (Sleeps 4/5. 2 Bedrooms)

This apartment is furnished in a contemporary style with no expense spared! It is very modern with fabulous views out to sea from every room!
Lounge has ample seating, flat screen TV, DVD/CD player (many latest films and English TV channels available).
Kitchen with fully fitted and well equipped. Large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, electric kettle, toaster etc.
Master bedroom with double bed, room for cot/extra bed, full length wall mirror, loads of drawers/wardrobe space.
En-suite bathroom, bath with shower over, sink, bidet and WC.
Twin bedroom - again no shortage of drawers/wardrobe space, co-ordinated soft furnishings.

Notes on accommodation
Both apartments are ideal for children and adults alike. We include in our price all bed linen, bathroom towels and beach towels! There is a safe and air conditioning. We also leave for your use, tennis racquets, golf clubs (on request), mattresses for communal sunbeds, iron and board, fast speed hairdryer, selection of films and CDs, information folder.

Coast/Beach
Puerto Santiago beach 5 mins walk. Los Gigantes beach 10 mins walk. Playa del Arena beach 10 mins walk. (blue flag beach). Natural rock swimming pools 5mins walk. Lovely manmade coastal walks close by - bring your camera!

Travel
Tenerife Sur airport is 35 mins drive. Tenerife North airport is 90 mins drive. Car hire not necessary. We can arrange transfers with a reliable and reasonable company on your behalf.

Distances
Large and well stocked supermarket next to complex. Other shops of all kinds within a few mins walk. We are surrounded by excellent restaurants and bars. Taxi’s are available easily and inexpensively! Church square, marina and centre of Los Gigantes 10 mins walk.
