Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Tariff: Rates are for up to two persons staying in the villa. There is a charge of £20 per week for every extra person up to four.
Terms: Bookings are from Thursday 2.00pm to Thursday 10.00am. £100 per week deposit payable on confirmation of bookings. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. We accept credit cards for payment with Paypal. Please note that there is a 3% charge per Credit Card transaction when paying by Visa.
Changeover day
Bookings are normally from Thursday 2pm to Thursday 10am (although we can sometimes be flexible, dependant upon other guests). There can also be flexibility on your arrival day. Notes to the rental rates:

The bathroom is fully tiled and equipped with a full bath with an overhead shower. |

The kitchen is well furnished with an abundance of crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and electrical appliances including a microwave, fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, 4 ring hob, kettle and toaster. |
| Living Rooms: |
The lounge is well lit and is furnished with a comfortable suite and coffee table. Patio doors lead from the lounge to your very own balcony where you can enjoy 'alfresco' dining with sea views! Digital satellite TV is provided with British channels. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
All bedlinen is provided and changed weekly. Towels are provided and changed twice a week. We also provide beach towels. |

Accessibility
The apartment is on the first floor and does have steps leading up to the front door.
Coast/Beach
The apartment occupies a unique location directly on the sandy beach at Puerto del Carmen. The main Puerto del Carmen promenade also starts right outside the entrance gate to the complex. The uniquely central setting and pleasant situation make this apartments extremely popular
Golf
There is a new golf course just on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen. It is new and only opened this year. There is also another course in Costa Teguise about half an hours drive away.
Travel
The airport in Arrecife is only a 10 minute taxi ride away and the fare approx 12 euros (£8). A car is not essential as taxis cost under £3 for trips within the resort. If you wish to explore the island then there are numerous car hire companies at reasonable cost. The roads are good and well signposted.
Distances
The complex entrance leads onto the main beach road is about 50m away.
The apartment is in the very centre of the resort with an abundance of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants offering a variety of tastes.

Minutes from the apartment are shops, supermarkets, tapas bars , restaurants, taxi rank and the lively Central Atlantico with its live music and entertainment.
Local activities cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, mountaineering, paragliding, roller blading, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing.
