El Veril del Duque is a beautiful development of apartments built on 2 levels and this apartment is on the top floor. The complex benefits from CCTV security and secure access to all entrances. This superbly furnished apartment is finished to the highest standard and is situated at the front of the complex and therefore has spectacular sea views. The apartment is situated only a few yards from the very large walk-in pool. The apartment benefits from a large private balcony, which opens from the lounge and both of the bedrooms. The apartment has all the modern conveniences you would expect in an apartment of this standard.

Changeover day
We have a flexible changeover day and do ask that the apartment is vacated by 10am on the day of departure. We do, however, try to be flexible and will, where possible, try to accommodate early arrivals or late departures.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 (master) with double bed and large walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. 2 'z' beds can be provided for parties of 5 or 6. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to master bedroom with shower enclosure, wc, bidet and storage units. Main bathroom has bath/shower over, wc, bidet and storage units. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has all the appliances you would expect - a cooker and hob, a large fridge/freezer and a microwave. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room off the kitchen has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, cleaning equiptment, storage units and an additional sink. |
| Living Rooms: | The comfy lounge/dining area has a large sofa, a TV with English terrestrial channels i.e. BBC1, BBC2, ITV and CH4 and a DVD player which can also play CDs. There is a dining table and chairs for 4 people. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
There is linen and towels provided (but not beach towels) and for stays of longer than a week these will be changed mid way through your stay. |
Notes on accommodation
There are a number of freestanding fans within the apartment and each bedroom has a ceiling fan.
The owners are non-smokers therefore request that smokers restrict their smoking to the balcony.
Accessibility
The apartment is situated on the first floor. It is accessed by approx 20 steps.
Outside
The large balcony has a table and chairs for 6 people and 2 sun loungers. There is also a charcoal BBQ for the use of guests.
Coast/Beach
The wonderful white sand Del Duque beach is situated only a short 5 minute walk from the complex.
Golf
Tenerife benefits from several very good golf courses the nearest of which is the Costa Adeje course which is approx 3 miles away by car.
Travel
The main airport used by airlines (and tourists) is Tenerife South (Reina Sofia) but Tenerife North is only an extra hour away should you be able to find a better flight to this airport. The transfer time from Tenerife South is approx 20 minutes by car.
Distances
Fanabe is a stylish and cosmopolitan resort situated on the south west coast of Tenerife. There are numerous restuarants well within walking distance of the complex including Spanish, Chinese and French. The nearby Fanabe centre is closed to traffic and its pedestrianised walks are alive with open air restaurants and bars. The resorts of Las Americas and Los Cristianos can easily be reached along the lovely nearby promenade known locally as the Geranium walk.
Further details
Next to the complex is a small store where you can easily buy your daily groceries and there is also a car hire shop should you wish to explore the island fully.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 per week of your stay is required to secure a booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before your departure (if the booking is within 8 weeks of departure full payment is required straight away).
