Casa Tranquilo is a luxury, detached villa with sea views to Fuerteventura and only 1 mins walk to the coastline. The villa occupies 2 floors. On the ground floor, enter into a spacious hallway leading in 1 direction to 1 double and 1 twin bedroom and the family bathroom. The other to a fully fitted kitchen, a relaxing lounge with comfy sofa and large plasma TV, leading off to the dinning room with table to seat 6. Both living and dining areas have doors opening onto the patio and pool area which has a large round table seating 6 for alfresco dining and 6 sun loungers around the heated pool and hot tub. Upstairs is the master en-suite bedroom, with dressing area, doors onto a large private terrace with magnificent views of the sea and mountains.

A 25% deposit will be required to secure booking followed by the remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to departure.
