Changeover day
Friday is changeover day. Check in for the villa is 2pm and check out 10am.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 and 2 with king size double rooms and en-suite bathrooms. The other 3 are twin bedrooms a sharing bathroom. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite to bedrooms 1 and 2 with spa baths, shower and bidet. The twin rooms have a shared bathroom with bath, shower and bidet. There is also a small WC near the lounge. |
| Kitchen: | Cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, iron, washing machine, clothes dryer and safe. |
| Living Rooms: | BBC English TV, satellite TV, video, DVD player, internet access, Central heating and air conditioning. |
| Other: | All rooms have full air conditioning or heating if preferred. |

Bathroom towels and linen are provided. You will only receive a mid term clean, towel and linen change if you are in the villa for 14 nights or more. Extra cleaning services can be provided on request but are charged separately. |

Accessibility
This property is suitable for some wheelchair users, we do not have the wash facilities ie bath rails or bath seats but it is all on one level and is easy for wheelchair users mobility.
Outside
The swimming pool is heated from October - April, it has a thermal warmth cover we advise that in the evening if you keep the cover on the pool gets naturally warm. There is an outdoor dining area with 8 seats and an outdoor sofa and coffee table. We also supply 10 sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
The resort has spectacular views to the sea and the new San Miguel Marina provides a newly completed sea walkway for one of the most relaxing walks beside the sea in the South, many water sports are now available from the new Marina.
Golf
The golf del sur is one of the most upmarket areas in Tenerife, not only is it surrounded by an international golf course but has some beautiful walks along the sea front by the new marina and a natural beach.
The golf course is so well maintained and In 1989, they bore witness to Jose Maria Olazabal´s victory in the Open de Tenerife, a feat he repeated in 1992. The following year they watched as David Gilford won the event, as did Mark James in 1994. In 1995, Golf del Sur hosted the Shell Wonderful World of Golf tournament and its head-to-head battle between Ernie Els and Phil Mickelson.
The 27 greens and fairways of Golf del Sur have provided the backdrop for various international tournaments. We have also a beautiful outdoor bowling green that is flood lit on an evening and welcome new comers for a round of bowls.
Travel
The nearest airport is Tenerife South Reina Sofia, we are 10 minutes drive from this airport. Car hire is not essential unless you would like to tour the island.
Distances
Within 10 minutes are local Spanish towns of Los Abrigos and El Medano with superb restaurants. In addition, there are beautiful natural sandy beaches in El Medano, which is the home of Tenerife’s International windsurfing. Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas is a 15-minute drive away with its man made beaches, lovely shops and a great variety of restaurants. Tenerife itself has numerous visits for all the family. Mount Teide is the highest mountain in Spain and is a very interesting drive.
