Changeover day
We would prefer departure/arrival days are Tuesday and Friday. Alternative days will be considered subject to availability. We try to allow departure/arrival times to suit your schedule so please inform us of your schedule as soon as possible.

Accessibility
All doorways are of a standard size which will accommodate most wheelchairs (smallest doorway measures from open door at 78cm). Complex is fitted with lifts and slopes between floors and is fully suitable for all to access.
Outside
Terrace includes huge freestanding hammock, large wooden table with chairs, bench and parasol. There is also a large double gas barbecue available for use (details of use of this and all items will be provided in our 'Welcome Guide'. Community swimming pool is a modern free form eternity pool that is always tranquil due to the fact the complex is mainly residential. It is approximately 30-40 meters long and around 15-20 meters wide.
Coast/Beach
Beaches vary from a 5 minute - 10 minute drive away from the property, the nearest being the 5 star El Duque beach area which is golden sands.
Golf
Several golf courses are nearby including Las Americas golf course (approx 2km), Amarilla golf and numerous others are within a 5km radius. I can provide you with key contacts and help organise your golf in advance for you if required (this includes club/buggy hire and transport).
Travel
The main airport of Tenerife (Reina Sofia) is around a 20 minute drive from the apartment. A hire car is strongly recommended for this holiday due to the beach and resort locations, however, it is not absolutely essential as there are shops and facilities nearby. This depends on the type of holiday you are looking for.
Distances
Main resort of Las Americas is a 2 minute drive. Nearest beach is up to 5 minute drive. Nearest Spanish village of Adeje is 5 minute drive. Water park is 2 minute drive. Nearest commercial centre is 2 minute drive. Los Cristianos resort is 5-10 minute drive. Local market 'Costa Adeje' is 5 minute drive.
Further details
There are several options for local shops and restaurants within walking distances but there are slopes that are not suitable to people with physical disabilities. A hire car is recommended if you seek to get out and about to shopping centres and beaches. A full information guide will be provided in the accommodation upon arrival which will detail local information. When arriving in Tenerife we will arrange for our property manager to meet you and this person (British) will be a point of contact throughout your stay and lives nearby should assistance with anything be needed. As we have worked in the tour operator industry in Tenerife for many years we will be able to assist you with anything from answering the simple questions to helping you arrange airport transfers, golf, excursions or even hire cars at good local rates. We will offer you a resort service that matches the quality of the apartment.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 is required for each week you require. We require full payment 8 weeks prior to arrival. If bookings are made with less than 8 weeks to departure then payment should be made in full upon booking. A £100 security deposit is required at this time too and this will be refunded to your account within 7 days of your departure from the accommodation. No single sex bookings.
Cancellation Notice: 8 weeks or more = Full refund. 4-8 weeks = 50% refund. Less than 4 weeks = No refund
