Changeover day
Flexible subject to availability, we dont like same day changeovers as we both have other activities, this means we can offer both early occupancy on the day of arrival and later checkouts if required on day of departure without extra charge.

Notes on accommodation
Caleta garden complex is an established and VERY popular complex, with a good entertainment program, internet access, dvd hire shop, several bars, cafes & restaurants very family friendly, and situated directly in main street of Caleta. This studio is nicely situated at the back, away from the main street so a quiet location. The apartment has been well maintained, and improvements are being constantly made. It has all you need for a self catering holiday.

Accessibility
Not really suitable for wheelchair users inside the apartment, although the complex has ramps for wheelchair users and a lift.
Outside
Complex has central pool & sun terrace areas plus childrens pool. There is also a solarium, the complex has lifts to upper floors but this apartment is on the ground floor.
Coast/Beach
Beach 5 mins walk, shops 2 mins walk, good selection of bars restaurants, cafes, shops, inside & immediately outside complex.
Golf
2 x international standard golf courses very nearby, a free bus can take you there.
Travel
10 minutes drive from the airport.
Complimetary Airport transfers.
Booking notes
£20 deposit required on booking, rest due on arrival in Euros, or a couple of days before arrival into a UK bank, or via paypal. Please let us know which option you would like when booking.
