This is the perfect setting for a trouble free Tenerife Holiday. The Castle Harbour complex is a modern development with excellent amenities. Well situated at the edge of Los Cristianos, it is away from the noisy tourist area but with easy access to beach and nightlife. Reception is open 24 hours a day. So, whatever time you touch down we are open and ready to get you started with your holiday in your Tenerife apartment in the sun. English is spoken by all the staff at Reception. They are there to help you have the holiday your need. Here you can change those pounds into euros, order a taxi or arrange a hire car. They have a great free map for you to take away and are happy to give directions to almost anywhere. If you want to see a show, visit Aquapark or Loro Parque zoo or visit a traditional Canarian town, this can all be arranged at reception. | This spacious 2-bed apartment has a large lounge/diner with full oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster. The kitchen has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. Our apartment comes fully equipped for up to 5 people. 1 bedroom is triple bedded and the other has a double bed. The balcony has pool and mountain views. There is a full bathroom and a separate shower room. A hairdryer is also provided. All bed linen and bath towels are provided. These are changed during the weekly clean. This is a duplex apartment, the bedrooms and the main bathroom are on the upper floor. | |
Notes on accommodation
Castle Harbour is very popular with families and children are always welcome. Cot hire is available. There is a launderette on-site should you wish to do some serious clothes washing.
Both apartments benefit from ceiling fans.
Accessibility
Our 1-bed apartment is easily reached by lift and is on one level. This is suitable for anyone with mobility problems.
Our 2-bed apartment is also easily reached by lift from reception, but, the accommodation is on 2 floors. However, there is a sofabed in the lounge and the shower room is also on the ground floor.
Outside
Both apartments benefit from pool view balconies with table and chairs for dining outside. The large heated Castle Harbour pool has sunbeds for hire and a popular pool bar. Next to the pool you will also find a sun terrace and well maintained gardens. You can also play pool or tennis and there is even space for a kick about.
Coast/Beach
Los Crisitianos beach is about 10 minutes walk away. This is currently undergoing improvement work.
Las Vistas beach a wide expanse of golden sand is to be found on the other side of the town. This is a 20 minute stroll through Los Cristianos.
There are many other beaches in the south of Tenerife.
There are ample opportunities for water sports, boar rides and fishing trips. Away from the beach you might try cycling, quad bikes, walking or even hang gliding.
Golf
There are many golf courses on Tenerife. nearest is about 5 minutes drive away on the edge of Los Cristianos.
Travel
Transfer from the airport (Tenerife South) could not be easier. The ride takes 20 minutes (sometimes much less) and all the drivers know Castle Harbour.
If it is a beach holiday you are after then a car is not needed. Walking and taxis will take care of your needs. The local bus service is quite efficient if you want to see Santa Cruz or visit a large shopping centre. If, however, you want to explore the interior you will need to hire a car for a few days.
Distances
At Castle Harbour you are in the town of Los Cristianos.
Other attractions include Jungle Park zoo and Aquapark (water park). A new large water park Siam Park is nearing completion. In the north of the island is Loro Parque (the famous zoo), there are coach trip available to visit this.

There are several supermarkets with walking distance of Castle Harbour. You will also find banks, restaurants and bars close by.

Hi Jacquie,
Just a quick note to thank you for the let of your appt., at such a reasonable price. It was a lovely appt and I would recommend it to any one wishing to stay in Tenerife (obviously not the price you gave it to us!!!), but between enough people, it would be cheap at half the price for such a good appt. We never caught a taxi up cardiac hill once, its amazing what a few Bacardis do!!! .

Just a few lines on return from our holiday at Castle Harbour - Los Cristianos. Myself & Becky had a very relaxing break with great weather. We spent most of the time by the pool doing nothing, as planned. We did however take a day trip by local bus up north to Lorro Parque
