Casa Juan has been furnished to a high level to make your holiday perfect. There is satellite TV, DVD library, PS2 and a selection of books and games to keep all amused - when your not in the pool! There are distant sea views from the terrace of Arrecife and Playa Honda, which have higher quality shops to visit during the day. After exploring the beautiful island, you will be glad of the comfort of this villa to relax in on your return, and maybe have a BBQ on the terrace.

Changeover day
Arrival at the villa is from 2pm onwards and departure is by 10am, but this is negotiable, depending on incoming/outgoing guests. Changeover day is flexible.

Outside
Outside is a swimming pool, which has a solar cover for summer heating and an electric heater for the cooler months. The patio area has enough space for all the sunbeds and still room to play swingball! It affords a great deal of privacy, with gates that lock, to keep children safe from wandering outside.
There is a built-in BBQ for al fresco dining with a large patio table and 8 chairs.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is just a short drive away at Playa Honda or Puerto Del Carmen is a 10 mins drive with miles of golden sandy beaches.
Golf
Golf is available on the island at Costa Teguise, approx 15-20 mins away, with a new course being built in Tias.
Travel
Arrecife Airport is a 5 mins drive away but with this villa you are not under the flight path. Car hire is advisable, but some guests have stayed here and used taxis.
Distances
Casa Juan is ideally suited to explore this wonderful island, nowhere is more than 40 mins away! whether you want to visit the caves at Jameos del Agua in the north, Costa Teguise waterpark or Sunday market in the middle or Papagayo beaches in the south.
Further details
There is a large hypermarket just 5 mins away by car, with a shopping centre just a little further, which has 10 pin bowling fast food outlets, cashpoints another supermarket and various shops.
There are numerous banks and shops in Puerto del Carmen for currency exchange.
Booking notes
A deposit of £200 per week is required to secure a booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
If a booking is made less than 8 weeks to the arrival date the full amount would be required.
If a cancellation is required the deposit is forfeited, and if the cancellation is 8 weeks or less prior to arrival the balance is also forfeited.
