Kitchen: Fitted kitchen. Ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster. All essential kitchen equipment for both short and long stay with generous storage space.
Utility Room: Washing machine and drying area. Vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.
Living Rooms: Large, spacious and sunny room with 4 seater settee, 2 arm chairs, 1 foot stool. Large coffee table, 4 side tables. TV, DVD player and CD/radio. Sun blinds. Doors leading onto sun terrace. Satellite TV available.
Other: Sun terrace with stunning views. Shaded dining area. Large sunny (shade optional) area with sun loungers and storage cupboard.

All towels and linen included. Apartment cleaned and linen changed per period of stay unless otherwise requested. Apartment is cleaned immediately before arrival. Guests are requested to keep apartment clean as necessary.

Notes on accommodation
Strictly no smoking at any time. Ideal for couples, families and children. Private residential area, guests are asked to respect those around them in permanent residence.

Accessibility
There are steps up to or down to the apartment as Los Gigantes is built on a hillside. We find no difficulty in carrying push chairs and tots up and down. Once in the apartment all is on one level.

Outside
Large shared private gardens. All terrace furniture included. On road parking outside apartment.

Coast/Beach
5 minute walk to the volcanic sandy beach. The apartment is close to the 3 communal swimming pools, choose from fresh or salt water and children's slides. All within 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Travel
Tenerife South Airport is approximately 45 minutes by car or taxi. Car hire will not be essential unless guests plan to explore the island.

Distances
All local amenities are 5 to 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Boat trips and scuba diving are available locally. Tenerife National Park is approximatley a 30 minute drive north, whilst Tenerife's clubbing/shopping tourist resorts are approximately a 30 minute drive south.

Further details
The village has 3 floodlit tennis courts available for use and a crazy golf course. There are 3 large supermarkets, bakery, numerous fine restaurants, cafes, bars and tourist shops. Dolphin/whale/sealife observation boat trips are available from the harbour within 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Booking notes
Bookings can be made directly with the owners subject to availabilty. A £100 per week deposit is required upon booking. Balance due 8 weeks before the start of the booking. Due to high demand, please understand that your booking will only be confirmed on owners acknowledgement of receipt of deposit. The owners also offer a welcome pack of essentials eg water, milk, tea, wine etc which will await guests on their arrival (for a small charge on request).
