Stunning top quality newly built 4 bed villa in village location, 30-40 mins from airport and only 15 mins from Corralejo centre (7 euros in taxi), El Cotillo and Flag beach only 20 mins, patio with pergola, private heated swimming pool and roof terrace, extensive secluded planted gardens with high fences all round and private drive. Quality supermarket only 10 minutes walk and good restaurants in the village. If you are reading this you are probably like us and sick and tired of the whole package holiday scene where you are herded around like sheep and it's a lottery whether or not your hotel is good, so by choosing a villa holiday you are in charge and you can really relax- get up when you want, eat when you want, sunbathe in peace and quiet away from the crowds. Please note there is an optional £75 pool heating surcharge per week, although between May - Sept you don't really need it.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Wednesday as most UK flights arrive then but may be flexible. Villa to be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure. Available from 3.00pm on day of arrival.

Accessibility
Villa access through gates down private driveway with parking for numerous vehicles close to front door.
Outside
The villa is set in a 1200 sq metre plot. Private heated pool approx 10m x 3m, nicely landscaped gardens with 8 seater table/ chairs under pergola, 8 sunloungers, bbq and table chairs on roof terrace.
Coast/Beach
Villaverde is only a 15 min drive to Corralejo resort centre, 20 mins drive to El Cotillo in one direction and flag beach in another direction. Most of the island's coast is quality uncrowded beaches.
Golf
Championship course in Caleta de Fuste which is 30 min drive.
New course being constructed near to Villaverde.
Travel
The airport is only approx 30 mins drive on the good quality quiet roads. Car hire is recommended and is cheap, currently around £100/ week for Vauxhall Astra type of car.
Distances
Lanzarote is only 20 mins on a ferry from Corralejo. In the near future you can take the ferry to Egypt from the capital Puerto Rossario. La Olivia is the regional centre is only 5 mins drive. Mount Tindaya is only 15 mins drive.
Further details
Corralejo has all the banks, shops, bars and restaurants you will ever need with the usual canary duty free on all the luxury goods- quality watches, tobacco & spirits are a particularly good buy.
There is a new quality shopping centre just opened which is just out of the town and there is a large shopping centre in Puerto Rossario.
One other benefit is that there are no time share / lucky boys yet on the island which = no hassle when you're out and about. There are plenty of cash dispensers around.
Booking notes
£250 deposit on booking payable by cheque/bank transfer/credit card and final balance due 8 weeks prior to holiday. For late bookings (less than eight weeks) balance to be paid in full at time of booking.
Children under two are free.
There is an optional £50 surcharge if you wish to have the pool heated.
