You can be met at the airport by our property manager or at the property if you have hired a car. This beautiful new semi-detached bungalow has recently been fitted with all new furniture and fittings. All bedding and towels are provided. There is a sunny garden to sit and relax in and enjoy the atmosphere of this beautiful island. The shopping centre, bowling alley, cinema, local restaurants, bars and a variety of shops are within walking distance. The main town is approx 20 minutes walk from the house. Here you can find all the tourist attractions, shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a diving centre for those who wish to try it. The beach is shallow with golden sands and camel rides for those adventurous to try! The swimming pool is just behind the house, which is heated. Sun beds are provide by the pool. There is also a bus service linking the towns in case you do not wish to hirer a car. Although hiring a car is advisable to see more of the island while you are there.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
So for 4 people that's only £75 per week -
Just over £10 each a day!
All year round the prices stay the same!
We do not increase our prices at peak periods.
Longer stays to be arranged on application and time duration.
10% booking deposits are non-refundable should you cancel.
Changeover day
Flights are normally on Wednesday and Saturdays. We are flexible if you wish to stay 10 days etc. Please contact us.

Starter pack of shopping i.e water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar etc can be arranged by prior arrangement. These will be waiting for you when you arrive. Payment on receipt to property manager.

Accessibility
This is a bungalow with no steep steps or any major hazards.
So should be able to cope with most accessibility needs.
Outside
The bungalow has a garden at the front with a side entrance and private drive way for you car. There is a dining table with chairs and a parasol on the patio and a small garden at the rear. The back gate leads across the road to the communal pool, which can only be used by the people staying in the immediate area and has a code for entry. The swimming pool is heated.
Coast/Beach
The bungalow is only about 10 minutes walk from the beach which has golden sands on it and is very shallow. There are no steep cliffs or rocks. There are camel rides on the beach for you to try.
Golf
The bungalow is situated on the golf course development and is only a short walk from the main entrance to the club house. This is "Hotel Elba Palace Golf".
Travel
The airport is only about 10 minutes drive from the house. Although a car is not essential it is suggested as you may wish to see some of the many lovely places on the island.
Distances
The local shopping centre which has a supermarket, bowling alley, cinema, fast-food restaurants, bars, and bank is only about 10 minutes away, and is situated on the beach front.
Further details
The main town of Caleta de Fuste is approx 20 minutes walk with many tourist and souvenir shops available. This is also situated on the beach front. There is a diving centre for those interested. Wind surfing is also another popular sport for those interested. The golf course club house entrance is a short walk from the house.
