This delightful, 2 bedroom apartment is situated directly on the seafront, in the centre of El Medano, near the 'Blue Flag' family beach and overlooking a quaint harbour. Ideal for families and couples who want a relaxing, sun-drenched holiday break! Apartment 17 is fully equipped and also has everything necessary for 'little ones'. One double room, a twin bedroom and the option of a double sofa bed in the lounge - sleeping a maximum of 6. Cot and high-chair are also available. The American style kitchen has everything you would expect in your own home! The comfy lounge has a TV, DVD, video, CD player and an excellent selection of films for all. Situated on the ground floor, on a quiet residential complex, the terrace directly faces the pool and sun bathing area and appreciates a very sunny disposition. There is a local shop behind the complex (supplying fresh baked bread daily) and a supermarket just a couple minutes walk away.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the apartment per week in UK Pounds.
We only accept bookings for two weeks over the Christmas and New Year period. Please add £50 per week for the Christmas booking. Note: If you know me from my Bar in El Medano 'Billy's Bar' then I can offer a 10% discount - just mention it when booking.
Changeover day
We are completely flexible. We will normally try to accommodate your arrival time the same time as your flight time, but departure must be at 10am unless otherwise agreed.

Towels and linen are provided. The apartment will be cleaned on your arrival and new towels and linen every week thereafter. |

Coast/Beach
The coast is only 10 metres from the apartment. Nearest beach is 50 metres. Nearest 'blue flag' beach is in El Medano 500m and particularly suitable for families and sun worshippers alike!
Golf
The wonderful Tenerife climate ensures that you can play and improve your golf virtually every day of the year and at any level. The nearest course is in Golf del Sur and boasts PGA reputation, opened in 1987 with 27 holes and is less than 6km away.
There are several golf courses in the south of the island and only a few minutes drive away. Such as Golf Del Sur, Amarilla Golf, Centro De Golf Los Palos, Golf Las Americas, Golf Costa Adeje, Abama Golf.

Airport - Tenerife South 10km. Contact the owner for further details on the best way to reach this property. Car not necessary. Full taxis service provided from the airport approx 10 euros.

Nearest village, Los Abrigos, a picturesque fishing harbour only 5km. Los Cristianos and Las Americas 18km.
