Notes on prices
Prices shown are in UK pounds and are per week, based on 4 people sharing. A supplement of £25 per person per week will be applied. Children under 2 years are free of charge and a complimentary cot will be provided. Heating of the pool between Beginning of May through end of Nov additional £75 per week.

Notes on accommodation
Any special requests can be made at time of booking eg cot, high chair etc. We would request that smokers use the outside area only for smoking and not inside the villa. Please cover the pool each night as this helps keep it in top condition.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful golden sandy beach of Castillo is only a 10 min walk from the villa. There are a variety of water sports available eg, jet skis, pedalos, kayaks, wind surfing, diving, snorkeling, fishing trips and catamaran rides. 40 mins drive to the famous sand dunes of Corralejo and breathtaking beaches.
Golf
Las Salinas Golf 18 holes, buggy hire, club hire and driving range.
Fuerteventura Golf 18 holes 5 minutes form the villa, buggy hire, club hire, driving range.
Travel
The airport is only 8 kms from the villa approx 15 euros in a taxi, car hire is aslo available and highly recommended to discover the beautiful island of Fuerteventura. The capital Puerto Del Rosario is only 12 kms from the villa with a fantastic shopping centre (Las Rotondos).
Distances
Caleta de Fuste is only 10 mins walk with lots of great restaurants and bars. Airport 8kms. Morrojable in the south with magnificent views and beaches on the southern tip 98kms.
Further details
Atlantico shopping centre only 5 mins walk, open 7 days a week from 09.30 until 22.00 including the Sol Bank. Lots of shops, big supermarket, restaurants etc.
Booking notes
Bookings will only be held for 1 week prior to deposit. Deposit of 20% is required with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. Upon receipt of your deposit a confirmation of your booking will be sent by email. A security deposit of £200 needs to be paid with the balance and will be refunded subject to and after exit inspection.
