Notes on prices
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are based on 4 people sharing. Additional guests will be charged at £30 per week. Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of £100, which will be kept as a deposit and returned at the end of the holiday rental. The full cost of the rental is payable 6 weeks prior to start date. Changeover day is flexible depending on availability. A cot and highchair are available on request.

Notes on accommodation
This villa is very suitable for children. The shared pool is visible from the roof terrace and just 40 metres from the front gate. A cot and highchair can be available on request.

The villa has large sliding doors from the dining/garden room opening onto mature gardens which are on 3 sides.

The villa is situated a short drive from the pretty beaches of Playa Blanca. The old port of Playa Blanca is 5 minutes drive away and the cosmopolitan Marina Rubicon is 10 minutes drive away.
Special interest holidays
We also provide yoga and health spa breaks. These breaks could be over a long weekend or a week. We can offer yoga classes to suit the individual as well as massage, reflexology, Reiki and beauty treatments. Please contact the owners for further details and availability.
Travel
Arrecife Airport is 30 minutes away by car. Although it is not essential to hire a car, (taxis are very inexpensive) it is recommended so that you can explore the beautiful Isla de Lanzarote.
Distances
The village of Playa Blanca is a 5 minute drive away with a very good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The beautiful beaches of Famara are approx 1 hour away by car.
Further details
The local known as Faro Park is a 10 minute walk away with bars, restaurants and a small supermarket.
