Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Based on 2 guests sharing, extra guests charged at £50 pp per week. A £150 refundable damage deposit is reguired for every booking. 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking and the balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival.

At the time of booking we require 50% of the total booking fees and the rest must be paid 8 weeks before you arrive. We also require a £150 refundable damage deposit which is given back at the end of your holiday.
