Changeover day
Arrival and departure days are flexible. The rate is weekly and additional days will be charged at 1/7th rate per day.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom with double bed, can be made upas two singles side by side. A bed settee in lounge for additional space. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom with floor and walls tiled. bath / shower over, wc, handbasin. |
| Kitchen: | Kitchen area includes, electric cooker, microwave oven, toaster, filter coffee maker, electric hob, sink and drainer. Washing machine is on terrace in it's own housing. |
| Living Rooms: | The main living room is a kitchen / lounge. The kitchen is located on one wall and the longe coccupies the majority of the area. There is a dining table and 4 chairs a settee and an occaisional chair. TV, (not Satellite) DVD, CD / Radio. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linen and towels for use inside are provided. However sunbathing towels are not provided. Apartment is cleaned before entry and after leaving. If more than one week then linen / towel service is provided and an interim clean if required. |

Nearest airport is Tenerife Sur (South) approx 40 minutes drive to the apartment.

Good range of local shops for daily produce. Guests to Aquamarin 1A get free membership to the Sports Centre where there is a heated pool, cafe, bar, tennis, satellite TV and crazy golf.

On agreement of booking we request a 10% deposit and the balance to be received by us 4 weeks prior to holiday commencing.
Reduced rates for lets over 14 days and 28 days are available.
