Changeover day
We are very flexible on changeover days.
Check in is after 3pm and check out is 10am, if we don’t have another booking coming in on your departure day your very welcome to stay on until you flight.

The living room is the main part of this house. It is a very large room with High ceilings and lots of natural light coming from the double and single glass doors that lead out into the rear Patio/Garden area. Large comfortable couches. |

Big soft towels are included. All bed linen is professionally cleaned and pressed. The villa is cleaned before your arrival and after you depart. Clean linen & towels are provided every 7 days. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa is very well equipped with large flat screen TV, Cinema Surround sound system, DVD player, a selection of DVD’s & Cd's, Play station 2 with separate TV. Travel cot with sheets and blankets, High Chair, bouncy chair, Bottle steriliser & kid's toys.
We have a mobile Air conditioning unit for the summer months and a heater for the winter months, No need to be dragging your hairdryer or straighter, we provide everything.

Outside
The Patio / Garden area to the rear is large and very private, excellent for children as there is no access to public areas.
Sun beds and Dining Table and chairs and Large Sun Umbrella are provided for Al Fresco dining along with a Barbeque. Sun worshipers will love this area because we get the sun every day until late afternoon.
There is a private car port to the side of the house with off street parking.
Coast/Beach
Corralejo is at the northern tip of the island. There are several beaches in the immediate area. The ones closest to the town centre are family friendly as they provide a safe environment, and they are also close to the facilities that a family may need. A family beach with no naturists. The white sandy beaches stretch for miles to the south of El Cotillo. They are on the west coast of the island and therefore the waves tend to be larger. 5-10 min drive from some of the beaches.
Golf
Fuerteventura currently has 2 Golf Courses located in Caleta De Fuste, approx a 30 min drive. A new 18 hole Gof course is currently under construction very close to Casa Jacob.
Travel
We are approx 30 / 40 mins driving time from the Airport.
A car is recommended when visiting Fuerteventura, I can recommend cicar.com
Distances
3 km from Corralejo Town and all the major tourist attractions it has to offer.
