Outside
The outside terraces are set on 3 levels with fabulous panoramic sea views, built-in BBQ, heated private pool, large luxury spa/hot tub for up to 7 persons, dining table, sunloungers, parasol and a built-in seating area with coffee table. Beach/pool towels provided.
Coast/Beach
Approx 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach, Playa Flamingo. There are also 2 other beaches in Playa Blanca and a little further out the magnificent Papagayo beaches which is well worth a visit. A promenade stretches approx 3 miles from one end of town to Papagayo at the other with the sea on one side and shops, bars and restaurants of Playa Blanca on the other. Cycle hire is available locally.
Golf
Golf course half an hour's drive in Costa Tequise.
Travel
The airport is Arrecife and it is approx 20/30 minutes drive to Playa Blanca. If you are not hiring a car taxis are readily availble outside of the airport and this costs approx 30 euros.
Distances
Nearest supermarket - 2 mins walk. Nearest beach/bars/restaurants - 10 mins walk. Punta Limones - 15 mins walk (bars, restaurants and ferry port). Playa Blanca village - 20 mins walk (numerous shops, bars and restaurants) Taxi rank - 1 min walk.
Further details
Playa Blanca village has a large pedestrian shopping area with plenty of shops, supermarkets, the promenade is lined with quality restaurants and bars, with something to suit every taste. The New Marina Rubicon has designer shops, upmarket bars and restaurants you can also find a bowling alley here. There is a market held twice weekly in Playa Blanca (Sat & Wed). An hourly ferry service operates from the harbour at Punta Limones, there are also several boat trips available from here. A variety of water sports can be found at the Playa Dorada beach. Other places of interest include the Timanfaya National Park, 15 mins drive, El Golfo 20 mins drive and the very pretty villages of Femes and Yaiza 10 mins drive. Water Park 30 mins drive in Costa Tequise, go-karts 20 mins drive, Fuerteventura 20 mins by ferry.

A non-refundable 30% deposit secures your booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
**Please note there is also a £200 security deposit required** this can be paid on arrival.

WOW-What a villa-with it's luxurious facilities, fabulous views and in a very peaceful area. We enjoyed it so much that we wish we had booked for longer.
