Patio doors from both the lounge and master bedroom lead out to the upper terrace where you can enjoy open-air dining whilst taking in the magnificent panoramic views of the sea, the mountains and neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. A few steps lead down to the extra large lower terrace where you can still enjoy the great views whilst sunbathing around your own private pool. Very centrally located, this bungalow is only around a 10 min stroll from both the beach/promenade and the Old Town.

Outside
The upper terrace has an outdoor dining table/chairs and a gas BBQ. It is a great area for open-air dining whilst enjoying the magnificent views of the sea, the mountains and the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura.
The extra large lower terrace has 6 comfortable/upholstered sun loungers - just the place to while away the time beside your own private 7.5m x 3.5m pool which is heated during the 'winter' months.
Coast/Beach
10 min stroll from both the beach/promenade and the Old Town.
Golf
Teguise golf course (18 holes) is around a 20 minute drive away. The first 9 holes of the new, challenging Tias/Puerto del Carmen golf course have just recently been opened with the remaining 9 holes scheduled to be ready later in 2008. This golf course is only 5 minutes away by car or, if you are feeling energetic, around 15 minutes by foot.
