Arguably the villas situated on the mountain side of Montana Blanca are graced with some of the best views in the whole of the Caleta area and this villa is situated in the most sought after spot, right in the middle! It is semi detached with its own private off road car port with access controlled by electronic gates. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one en suite, and downstairs WC. The comfortable lounge/dining room has all mod cons including large wall mounted plasma TV (providing UKTV inc BBC1, 2, ITV, CH4, 5, FILM 4, RTE. DVD) and a modern, fully fitted kitchen. There are 2 terraces to enjoy, one at each level, but the real jewel in the crown of this villa is the private secluded swimming pool with cover, set in a large terrace with sunloungers, shaded dining and landscaped garden overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Caleta de Fuste, simply breathtaking! Also outside are a hot and cold shower and utility room with washing machine/dryer. Situated only 15 minutes from airport.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Euro prices can be quoted if required. Late booking/reduced occupancy discounts may be available depending on the time of the year. Pool heating is available at an additional cost of £50 per week, recommended November to April. Prices are for 4 people, additional guests charged at £25/person up to a maximum occupancy of 6 with discounts for longer winter stays.

Changeover day
We are flexible on arrival/changeover days. We usually ask that the villa is vacated by 10am on the day of departure and access is available after 4pm on the day of arrival. However if you have any specific requests please let us know & we'll try to help.

Notes on accommodation
Ideal property for a quiet get away from it all holiday for couples or families. Car hire would be recommended to get out and about to explore the beautiful island. Inside the property is non-smoking.

Accessibility
Due to the open plan architecture and staircase, this would not be suitable for people with mobility problems or very young children.

Outside
Private elevated position with off road secure parking. Landscaped gardens and south-east facing sun terraces with outside dining table, chairs and sun loungers overlooking the private pool. The pool has a cover to retain any heat generated by the sun when the pool is not in use and can be heated at an additional charge. Inside the property is non-smoking.Outdoor shower facility, shaded outdoor dining and covered utility area with washer/dryer.

Coast/Beach
Fuerteventura is home to some of the best white sandy beaches in the world. The nearest beach is just 5 mins drive away. Here there are a host of attractions including boat trips, windsurfing, fishing, scuba diving and camel rides, to name a few. Along the coast line you will find other activities including kite surfing and small coves, many with small bars and restaurants, just to explore and for relaxation. The island's outdoor zoo with marine attractions and cactus park is half an hour away.

Golf
Perfect for the golfing enthusiast with two 18 hole courses just a 5 min drive away. Try your skill at the championship course which surrounds the delightful 5 star Elba Palace Golf hotel. The second course is a little easier to complete. Both can supply the rental of clubs, buggies etc.

Travel
Airport 15 minute drive. Approximately 15 Euros by taxi. Car hire (pre-booking at peak periods advisable) is available at the airport and in Caleta and is recommended if you want to visit the mountainous and picturesque interior of the island, the dramatic west coast and the island's many other first class beaches. Local agents organise day trips by ferry to Lanzarote.

The resort of Caleta de Fuste is a perfect base for an enjoyable holiday, for families and couples alike. It is a small town with a full range of restaurants, supermarkets, banks. Curving around a safe and sheltered bay with a large sandy beach, centrally located on the east coast of Fuerteventura, so providing easy access to other resorts such as Corralejo and El Cotillo in the north, Costa Calma and Jandia in the south and all the island's beautiful and extensive white sandy beaches. You will find a host of activities on the island, with the zoo and camel safari a great hit with all the family, water park for those more adventurous, or why not visit the easily accessible island of Lanzarote for a day. Also worth a visit is the charming and picturesque old capital of Betancuria, set in the mountainous interior.

Booking notes
All bookings will be held on a provisional basis for 7 days after the initial enquiry. After this time a 25% deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
