Changeover day
Friday to Friday changeover day. (Enquire as may be able to accommodate Tuesday to Tuesday changeover day). Please vacate apartment by 10am on day of departure to enable cleaning/linen change. Access for in-coming guests from 2.30pm on day of arrival.

Notes on accommodation
Fully refurbished to owners exacting standards (originally for their private use only). Use of the safe is free and there is full English and satellite TV, DVD. Air-conditioning units in every room. Egyptian cotton bed linen in every bedroom. Brand new luxury fitted kitchen (see above). Recommended for those seeking a central location with everything to hand. The complex itself is couples and family orientated and therefore not really suitable for young singles seeking round the clock entertainment. Due to the nature of apartment, we are reluctant to accept bookings from groups of young singles. We also offer a 1 bedroom apartment on the same complex if 3 bedrooms are too many! Amenities/Facilities provided

Accessibility
The penthouse is on the 6th (top) floor of the main tower building accessed via a lift, so is accessible to all.

Outside
Private large balcony accessed from lounge and bedroom 1 via double glazed patio doors and aluminium security shutters, with large glass topped table and 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers. Great for that relaxing alfresco meal or just a simple glass of wine watching the sunset and taking in the fresh sea air. Fabulous views down the coast, out to sea and to La Gomera and Mt Teide. You can actually watch the surf breaking and the brilliant surfers! The shared pool area is a particular feature of the complex being set in beautiful well maintained tropical gardens. Two types of sun lounger, mattresses and parasols are available to hire for a nominal charge. Palm tree lined pedestrian walkways surround the complex. There is also a pool bar/cafe offering tasty food and refreshing beverages from 8am to 8pm daily. The complex has a supermarket, shopping centre, restaurants and bank and a tourist office is just across the road.

Coast/Beach
The complex is centrally located near to just about everything you need - 50 metres to the seafront, a short stroll to several beaches, all types of restaurants and bars to suit every taste, supermarkets, bus stops, taxi stops, banks, money exchanges, shops - from cheap and cheerful to classy designer outlets.

Golf
For golf lovers, the area of Tenerife is now well on the map. Las Americas Golf Course is a short 5 minute taxi drive away whilst world-class Adeje Golf Course, together with Amarilla Golf & Country Club and Golf del Sur are all within an easy 15 mins approx. taxi ride.

Travel
Car hire is not a necessity due to the complex's central location. However, car hire is readily available from numerous places in resort or at the airport, should you wish to explore further afield under your own steam (we use Dr Stange across the road from the front of the complex - reasonable rates and excellent service). The airport - Tenerife Reina Sofia - is approx. a 15/20 mins taxi drive. Taxis are metered and cost approx 25 euros.

Further details
The area offers something for everyone. Whether you want to relax on the beach or by the pool or prefer action packed holidays with a host of activities to choose from. A choice of golf courses, all water sports from surfing, scuba diving, jet skiing, para-sailing, pedalos, banana boat etc, numerous boat trips from Puerto Colon marina (glass bottom boats, catamarans etc), horse riding, excursions to Mount Teide, via ferry from Los Cristianos to the exotic island of La Gomera, Loro Park in Puerto de la Cruz, Aquapark (free bus), go-karting (free bus), island coach tours, jeep safaris, express bus to Santa Cruz...and many more. Nightlife is numerous and varied - from chilled out alfresco meals out, to lively entertainment. Siam Park opens 1 May 2008 located in Las Americas and offers a host of entertainment including an aqua park with world's No 1 wave machine for surfers!

Booking notes
A booking deposit of £200 p.w. is payable on reservation, dates will be held for 5 days pending receipt. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to rental. A refundable security bond of £200 for breakages/keys is payable with the final balance, refunded upon receipt back of the keys and final inspection of the apartment. Flight Center (adjacent to complex) or pool bar offer a service for storing luggage. Details provided of English speaking local contact in case of emergency.
