Cactus 1 is in a central location just behind the church. The complex, with its magnificent views from the roof top swimming pool to the harbour and beach is only 2 mins walk to the centre of Los Cristianos and 4 mins to one of the beaches. The apartment having recently been refurbished to a high standard is central for an abundance of restaurants, bars, activities and shops. A car is not needed. Although Cactus is close to all these amenities the complex is quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle thus enabling you to read in private or al fresco dine on the balcony before you retire for a good night’s sleep. Cactus also has a mini supermarket. So if you are looking for everything within close proximity, yet still be away from all the noise Cactus is a must and, is only 20 mins from Tenerife South Airport.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds for 2 people. An extra £25 per person supplement is added per week. A supplement of £125 is added for Christmas and New Year weeks. Plus the £25 per extra person per week. A £50 non refundable deposit is required to the owner to secure your booking and the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. A refundable deposit is also taken of £100 to cover any breakages and the return of the key when the final balance is due.
Changeover day
Apartment available at 3pm on arrival and must be vacated by 10am on dep day. The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at apartment and recommends you take insurance.

| Living Rooms: | A comfortable, modernised living room is divided from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The living room itself has a comfortable sofabed, chairs, television (with all BBC channels, ITV and C4) and opens up to a balcony with seating for breakfast. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
There is a linen/towel change once a week and a thorough clean between occupancies. You will need to provide beach towels. |
Outside
The swimming pool is on the rooftop with magnificent views over Los Cristianos. It is for the sole use of Cactus One guests and a private gate excludes entry to non-residents.
Coast/Beach
Los Cristianos beach is a 5 minute stroll away and its suitable for swimming even for the very young. With the wonderful harbour as its focal point, the town has managed to retain some of the architecture and character of its original incarnation as a sleepy fishing village. The artificial beaches are gorgeous and there are plenty of excursions running from the harbour area, such as fishing trips, pleasure cruises, glass bottomed boats and diving excursions.

Los Cristianos is situated just 15km west of the southern airport Reina Sofia.
