Harbour area with windsurfing, scuba-diving and sea trips etc. Free bus to nearby Atlantico shopping mall with its large supermarket, cinema, bowling alley, snack bars and hairdressers etc. This resort is only 10 mins from the airport. The island has many beautiful golden beaches and other attractions which are worth exploring. Ideal climate and very good local bus service. This house is suitable for children. Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and are based on up to 4 people sharing. 5/6 people will be charged £35 pp/pw extra. 20% discount for 3 weeks or more out of main seasons. no smokers or single sex parties please. A security deposit of £200 is payable against damage or if apt is left in very bad state and requires extra cleaning. Deposit will be returned to you within 7 days of the completion of your holiday. Big discounts for hols of 1 month or more out of high season.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Washing machine, ceramic hob/oven, microwave and full size fridge/freezer.
Living Rooms: This is furnished to a very high standard with a 3-seater and 2-seater leather settees, dining table and sideboard with satellite TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs. 2nd lounge has a sofabed and armchair.

Booking notes
Full payment for the apartment is required 6 weeks prior to departure. Cancellations between 12 to six weeks prior to holiday will lose deposit.
Cancellations between 6 weeks and 2weeks of departure will bare cancellation fees up to 70% of holiday costs depending on length of holiday booked. Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to holiday will bear up to 100%

My wife and I are senior citizens who discovered the island of Fuerteventura about 9 years ago and fell in love with the island.we spend alot of tome there ourselves as do our family. Great 60's music and karaoke bars are what we like. We are both active and do a lot of bowling(outdoor).
