There is a number of floor fans that cool the apartment during the hot periods.
Smoking is permitted within the complex however we would appreciate if you would refrain from smoking in apartment and animals/pets are not allowed during occupancy.
Children need to be supervised on the balcony area.

Outside
The pool and pool area is maintained when necessary and is surrounded by a small area of garden. The pool is fresh water and has showers and sun loungers, positioned around and captures the sun throughout the day. There is a large roof terrace at the top of the complex where you can sunbathe & enjoy spectacular views.

Playa Paraiso is situated outside Costa Calma, 45 minutes drive from Fuerteventura airport. We believe that Car Hire is essential to take advantage of the scenic beauty of this area.

Distances
The nearest town is Costa Calma - 5 mins, that offers a fantastic beach, selection of Superior Hotels for entertainment, restaurants, trendy bars, supermarkets, shopping centres. A bus service is available & taxi fares are very reasonable, if you over indulge!
Jandia - 15 - mins - Hotels, spas, supermarkets, restaurants & nightclubs.
Morro Jable - 17 mins is a much more Spanish, traditional environment. Wonderful restaurants that sit on the water front for those romantic evenings.
Further details
Sotavento beach sits directly below the apartments and is truly beautiful, miles & miles of unspoilt scenery, a place to walk , swim, sunbathe, jog, paint, windsurf, kite surf, body boarding, karting & naturism (there is a community of people who you will see walking naked so feel free to join in). If you dare to bare! All course & water sports equipment is available from the hire shop on the beach. There are free sun loungers and a bar to purchase drinks.

A £100 refundable damage deposit is required and 20% non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable 6 wks before arrival date. Please note! Ryanair now fly to the island from Liverpool for 1p.
