The apartment is on the Mareverde complex, which is styled on a typical old Canaries village being only 2 stories high, ideally suiting families of all ages.
There are sun loungers available around each of the 5 pools if required and the pool bar is open all day serving snacks and meals.
There is a reception on the complex where you can arrange trips and excursions.
The complex itself is close to many shops and nearby to the designer boutiques of Del Duque.
There is a wide variety of quality bars and restaurants along the golden sandy beach of Fanabe. The Siam Park water park is very close by and the free bus stop is only a few minutes walk.

Apartment can be rented as either; 1 bedroom from £240 per week / £770 per month; 2 bedroom from £275 per week / £880 per month.
Changeover day
Guests are respectfully requested to arrive after 14.00 hrs on day of arrival and to depart by 10.00 hrs on day of departure.
Changeover day is flexible.

Notes on accommodation
There is a selection of DVDs, books, games in the apartment for your use.
Should you wish to have us provide you with a basic grocery pack for your arrival, please mention when making an enquiry (additional charge payable).
There is a travel cot provided, please bring your own linen. There is also a reclining pushchair provided but is not suitable for small babies.
Accessibility
The apartment is at ground level and is accessible for wheelchair users.
The complex is on a slope but does have ramps and steps at each decline/incline.
Outside
There is a large double terrace with the apartment where you can BBQ all day and into the night.
We provide a table with 6 chairs and 2 sun-loungers with mattresses.
The complex has 5 pools, one is a paddling pool for small children and another has a toboggan slide which the children love. Please note that only one of the pools is heated, located by the pool bar.
Coast/Beach
If you do not like lying around on the beach then there is plenty to do such as hiring quad bikes, take a jeep safari or go down to the harbour where you can hire jet skis, charter a boat for deep sea fishing, or just relax on one of the massive catamarans and go see the whales and dolphins.
For the more adventurous traveller there is the clear water of the atlantic to discover by scuba diving with with one of the many dive centres or even paragliding from the lofty peaks of Jacaranda.
Golf
There are a number of golf courses within easy reach from 5 - 20 mins, from Adeje to Golf del Sur.

Travel
The main airport of Reina Sofia is just 20 minutes drive away and costs about 25 euros each way.
Las Americas is around 5 minutes, Los Cristianos 10 minutes, by taxi.

The apartment is 5 mins walk from the beach of Fannabe, where you can enjoy many beach activities and water sports. You can even join the long coastal promenade which takes you through San Eugenio, Puerto Colon marina, Las Americas, right down to Los Cristianos. Puerto Colon offers many boat trips to see the dolphins. In Los Cristianos you will find the main harbour to take you on the fast ferry to Gran Canaria 1hr. You could even sample some real Canarian culture in La Gomera which is 45 minutes on the fast ferry.
Booking notes
To secure requires £100 non-returnable deposit; full amount within 6 weeks of departure.
Specify 1 or 2 bedrooms on enquiry.
Linen is changed once for booking of 14 nights or more. If you require more please request when booking.
A refundable breakages deposit of £200 is required when paying balance and will be returned subject to no loss or damage at the apartment and upon the safe return of apartment keys.
Please note that groups of young people may incur a higher security deposit.
House swap
House swap considered. For family of four, sat TV and air/con preferred.
