Outside
Atlan has a out door pool.clean surroundings (fully tiled) , waterfall, and outside furiture where you can sit and relax in the sun or eat with family and freinds.
Coast/Beach
The main lagoon beach of Caleta and the harbour are only a 5 minutes walk from Atlan. The beach shelves gently into the sea and there are no undercurrents, making it perfectly safe for small children and non swimmers. Sunbeds and parasols are available for hire. The harbour area has plenty of water sports to choose from including pedaloes, jet skis, windsurfing, deep sea fishing and there is also a dive school. There is also an oceanarium and sea lion show.
Golf
A new golf course with a driving range and club hire facilities is just minutes away. The course is a 18 hole par 70.
Travel
Fuerteventura airport is only a 10 minute drive from Atlan. Car hire is not essential as Atlan is in a central position close to the beach and shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
Distances
Atlan is only a 3 minute walk from a selection of supermarkets, restaurants, shops, banks and bars in Caleta. The beach and harbour area are only a 5 minute walk from Atlan. The bus stop for public transport to other parts of the island is only a 3 minutes walk away from Atlan. The Caribbean beaches of the south are only a hour's drive from Caleta and the sand dunes of the north are even closer only a 40 minutes drive away.
Further details
A 20 minute walk or 3 minute bus ride will take you to the Atlantico Shopping Centre where you will find a further selection of great restaurants and bars along with plenty of boutique style shops and a large EuroSpar supermarket. There are also lagoon beaches in front of the Atlantico Shopping Centre with sun loungers and parasols for hire.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is payable on booking which is non-refundable in the case of cancellation with the remaining balance due no later than 6 weeks before departure. A breakage deposit of 150 euros is payable on arrival which will then be refunded on day of departure after viewing of the property by the management company.
