This spacious, secure and well equipped two bedroom/two bathroom apartment is on the first floor of a two story building. Ideally located close to a choice of beaches (from rolling, exciting surf to safe shallow lagoons) and a selection of superb restaurants. Its wide airy corridor leads to living accommodation which is bathed in sunlight and opens directly onto a terrace suitable for dining, relaxing or just taking in the various views.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a king size bed with individual bedside cabinets, lighting, large fitted wardrobe and a separate dressing table and fitted with ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and the same facilities as bedroom 1. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom 1 has a full sized bath with a shower over, is fully tiled and has a 3 piece bathroom suite and the usual modern 'fittings' including a shaver point. Bathroom 2 is similar to bathroom 1, but contains a shower unit. |
| Kitchen: | The separate, fully equipped, kitchen has its own access door to the terrace which is ideal for outdoor dining. Hob/full oven with light and extractor, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and coffee percolator. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room is used as the storeroom for the terrace furniture, washing basket, folding dryer/hanger, iron and ironing board and also contains a safe. |
| Living Rooms: | A large, modern, light, airy lounge with a 6 seat dining area. It has variable lighting, including a good reading light, coffee table and a fitted ceiling fan. TV, DVD, CD player with selection of DVDs and CDs, games and books. |

Accessibility
Whilst the apartment is all on one level, it is on the first floor of a 2 storey building, there is no lift.
Outside
Private, spacious terrace with stunning views variously to the mountains, sea and the village. It is ideal for all day relaxation - eating breakfast to dinner time - and is furnished with loungers, table, chairs and parasol.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach, to the south of the village, a 5 minute walk away is long, sandy and unspoilt. If rolling waves, surfboarding, body boarding or the now popular kite boarding is your thing (or you just like to swim in rolling seas) this is the beach for you. Should you feel like a more relaxing swim then you have a vast choice of beaches to the north of the village. The white sandy coves stretch to the lighthouse, are separated into lagoons making swimming here very safe.
Golf
There is a championship golf course in Caleta de Fusta, approximately 40 minutes drive.
Travel
New for winter2008! Ryanair from Birmingham airport! Fuerteventura airport is 40 mins away by car along excellent roads, which are usually very quiet. Car hire not essential - recommended if you want to tour the island. Taxis are available at the airport or local transfers can be arranged. Cycle hire is available in the village. There is a local bus service to Corralejo and Puerte Rosario.
Distances
Should you feel the need for a busier pace of life or just want to do some shopping, Corralejo is approx 20 mins drive away. It is a lively resort with a pleasant harbour area and lots of shops, bars and restaurants. There is a water park, tenpin bowling and nightclubs. From Corralejo you can also get the ferry to Lanzarote or the island of Lobos. Both the local arts centre in La Oliva and the old capital of Betancuria are well worth a visit.
Further details
El Cotillo is a relaxed style resort with 2 harbours and is surrounded by amazing underdeveloped beaches. The village is well served by a number of bars, and good restaurants, many specialising in locally caught fish. There is also a choice of small supermarkets, banks and local bakeries.
