All the comforts of home and sun too. This 3rd floor apartment has spectacular views over Los Cristianos, the sea and the mountains. A sun awning provides shade when wanted over half the terrace, which has patio furniture (sun loungers, table, chairs and recliners). The apartment is very bright, spacious and airy with modern furnishing. The floors are tiled throughout to help keep the rooms cool. The bedroom has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe. An additional en-suite bedroom is available immediately across the corridor from the apartment. It has large bunk beds, a double bed settee, kettle, toaster, ample storage space and an en-suite shower room - ideal for older children or another couple.

Changeover day
Flexible changeover days. If we have guests arriving on the same day, departure time is 12pm, otherwise you can stay later. We can arrange for your luggage to be looked after if you have a late flight. Access is usually after 2pm but earlier is possible.

Bedrooms: The main bedroom has twin beds, shelving unit, bedside tables and a fitted wardrobe.
An additional en-suite bedroom is available immediately across the corridor from the apartment, if required.
Bathrooms: Bathroom - bath with shower over, washbasin, wc and bidet.
En-suite - shower, washbasin and wc.
Kitchen: Large American style kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge and smaller kitchen equipment, and plenty of storage and work surfaces.
Utility Room: Cupboard housing washing machine, iron and ironing board and cleaning equipment. Along with a safe for your valuables. There's also a cool box to take to the beach and ice packs in the freezer part of the fridge.
Living Rooms: The spacious lounge has a comfortable double sofa bed and reclining armchair, Satellite/Sky TV and DVD player, a selection of CDs, DVDs and books, storage unit and cupboard. The lounge is separated by a breakfast bar from the kitchen area.
Other: We're sure you'll love our apartment, we fell in love with the views and the largest terrace we'd ever seen! We have a patio table and 5 chairs, 2 sun loungers and 4 reclining chairs, and there's still plenty of space to play darts on the datrboard!

Outside
The complex has 2 heated pools - one of which is for children. There is an excellent pool bar that is renowned for its Sunday lunch.

Coast/Beach
The closest beach is 10 minutes walk, but if you want a beautiful sandy beach, it will take 5 more minutes. There are 2 wide sandy beaches in Los Cristianos both have life guards supervising them, with sun loungers and umbrellas for hire. The promenade along the sea front has just been completely remodelled and makes a wonderful stroll especially in the evening, when there are a huge range of restaurants to suit every taste and pocket.

Golf
South Tenerife is well known for its golf courses, both Compostella Golf and Golf del Sur are less than 15 minutes away.

Special interest holidays
If you want to see fantastic volcanic scenery take the local bus service or a tour bus up to the Canadas National Park and Mount Teide (the highest mountain in Spain). The views are breathtaking and the scenery seems lunar.

Travel
Tenerife South (Reina Sofia) airport is a 15 minute taxi ride away. The fare is approximately 20 euros, we can arrange for you to be picked up and shown right to the apartment for the same price, by a friend who lives on the complex. If you prefer, there are plenty of car hire firms at the airport and we can send fail safe directions to the apartment.

Distances
Los Cristianos centre is a 15 minute walk, the bus station just 10 minutes. The local bus services are excellent - a trip to Santa Cruz takes about 50 minutes (not much longer than in the car as it goes straight down the motorway with a few pull-ins on the edge of the carriageway!)

Further details
There really is no need to go into town to eat out, a wide range of restaurants are available locally - Spanish, Indian, Chinese, Italian, English and Mexican. There are also a host of bars with entertainment in the evenings. Fortunately, none are close enough to spoil the peaceful nature of our immediate surroundings. There is a supermarket within 50 metres of the complex and the local Spar will deliver to the door if you spend over 50 euros (good if you've got heavy bottles to carry).
