Brand new luxury villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, large terrace and private heated pool. Situated on the largest 3 bedroom plot on the development. Remote controlled air-conditioning is installed throughout and the villa has a satellite TV system and BBC 1, 2, ITV, Channel 4 & 5, and pay as you go wireless internet connection. An extensively extended terrace and sunbathing area around the private 8x4m pool make for wonderful outside living. The pool is heated and has pool cover and outside shower. The garden also benefits from a gazebo with pool table and tiled outdoor chess set. We have a fantastic ‘Breeze House’ with table and chairs for alfresco dining. The villa is a 10 minute drive from the airport and a 10 minute walk to the nearest shopping centre where there are bars and restaurants and beach. There is also a large roof terrace with panoramic views. The villa is fully equipped to ensure you have a great holiday.

Changeover day
We are flexible with changeover days. Where possible guests will be allowed to enter and leave the villa to suit their flight times, however if there are outgoing/incoming guests, we may need to adhere to 10am departure/4pm arrival.

Accessibility
We have a ramp up to the front door and all inside living space is on one level. There is one step out to rear terrace and pool area.
Outside
There is a large terrace room with dining table and chairs and comfortable sofa and chairs for relaxing. Private, heated pool, 8m x 4m with steps and pool cover. Pool is heated and cover should be replaced at night to retain heat. There are 6 sun loungers and outdoor shower along with games area with pool table, chess set and gazebo. We have a decked terrace leading to the "Breeze House" which has large table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining. We have a custom built BBQ/bar area with large Gas BBQ. There is also an extremely large roof terrace with panoramic views, this has a gate at the bottom of the steps.
The house is situated on a large corner plot and has extremely large outside area including car porch to the front and secure entrance operated by intercom making it very safe.
Coast/Beach
Distance to the nearest beach is 10 mins walk. Situated at Atlantico Commercial Centre where there is a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, cinema and ten-pin bowling alley. The beach is man-made and ideal for families with safe swimming area. There is a walkway from the beach out to a restaurant on an island in the sea. There are two 4 star and one 5 star hotel located on the seafront.
Golf
We are located overlooking the 3rd Tee and 5th fairway of Fuerteventura's first golf course, which was home to the Spanish open in 2004. The clubhouse is the fabulous Elba Palace Golf Hotel and there is a 50 bay driving range and practice greens. The 18 hole course is a par 71 and all equipment required can be hired at the clubhouse. There is another 18 hole golf course ‘Las Salinas’ just next door. Due to the wonderful climate in Fuerteventura you really can play golf 365 days a year. We have 2 sets of golf clubs in the house for use of our guests.
Travel
Fuerteventura airport is approx 9 mins by car or taxi. Car hire is not essential but it is recommended.
Distances
The nearest town is Caleta de Fuste which is approx 15 min walk. There is a courtesy bus service from the Elba Palace hotel.
Further details
The Atlantico Commercial Centre is just across the main road from the golf course and has shops,including electrical, perfume, jewellery, clothes, and a bank. There are also burger bars, sandwich shop, bars and restaurants. Along with this there is a cinema, games arcade and ten-pin bowling alley.
Booking notes
25% booking is requested and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. A £150/200 euros refundable breakages deposit is taken on arrival at the villa/returned on departure unless significant damage has occurred. (we accept the odd broken glass etc).
