This luxury apartment offers the tourist absolute luxury. Built and furnished to a high standard ‘on the beach’ of the best lagoons in El Cotillo. Striking lounge / dining / kitchen living areas. With open stairs leading to amazing roof terraces with direct beach views. The design and style gives a feeling of loft living. 2 bedrooms, 1 twin with a separate large shower/wc, the master bedrooms having luxury en-suites. All the floors have marble tiles. Wooden stairs with glass and chrome banister leading to roof terraces. Glassed picture windows to one side of the stairs ideal for stargazing from the living area! All windows in the apartments have sliding, vented shutters for use during hot weather and at night. Located on the roof terraces are extra dinning tables and chairs and sun beds. The grounds/patio and pools of the development are for private use by the apartments occupants only. Plenty lagoon bays and privacy for both textile and nudists sunbathers.

| Utility Room: | Washing machines installed in the kitchen and drying racks located in the apartment for use on the terrace. |

Outside
Direct views onto the beaches from the roof terraces. Enclosed, gated and secure area allocated for the residence and guests with very large pool (approx 250sqm) that has inset jacuzzi, and a smaller pool for children. There is a toilet/shower block within the grounds. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool.
Coast/Beach
On the beach! has direct access to the beaches of white sand and lovely lagoons. Easy walking distance to local shops and restaurants. There is no need for a car to stay in El Cotillo unless you want to explore the other areas of the island.
Golf
Local Golf courses are situated in Caleta de Fuste or in the south of the island.
Special interest holidays
Ideal location for swimming, sunbathing, snorkling, scuba diving, wind surfing, surfing or doing nothing but relaxing with a book or watercolor paints!
Travel
40 mins from the airport. 15 mins for Corralejo. Hire car is possible from location points in El Cotillo. Frequent bus service to Corralejo. Ferry port in Corrajelo for trips to Lanzarotte.
Further details
Plenty of the best restaurants/tapas bars can be found in and around El Cotillo, both offering locally caught fish and many local meat dishes. There are fully stocked supermarkets, bakers, vegetable shops and newsagents in the village. It is possible to enjoy time in El Cotillo without hiring a car. However the island needs to be explored to appreciate its stark volcanic beauty and amazing inland villages and coastline, it is worth hiring a car for some of the time. Many new museums, galleries and historic sites (such as a guided walk down the ‘Lava Tube’ in nearby Villaverde) have recently opened on the Island. Most shops will carry local tourist information booklets. The main local Tourist Board for the north is situated in Corralejo and some information will be found in the apartment. Along with plenty of sun bathing and swimming (nude or with swim wear) in the cleanest Atlantic water, or lazing by the pool, activities such as a day in the Baku theme/water park, scuba diving, windsurfing, kite surfing, Ten Pin Bowling, live acoustic music, bird watching, organised walks to the volcanoes, quad bike excursions and boat trips can be found.
