The villa overlooks the pool with parking at the rear. The resort is on the edge of town, 5 minutes walk to a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. It has a private beach and is suitable for families and elderly alike. The resort has 7 swimming pools, jaccuzi, pool bar, restaurants, shop, gym and beauty treatments, along with internet cafe. There is also nightly entertainment and 24 hour security. 10 minute taxi ride away from the golf course which is very popular, and close by the golf course is the water park. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, fridge, freezer and washing machine. The bathroom facilities include double basins, bidet, sunken bath with over shower and toilet. Also includes Satellite TV, Flat screen TV, DVD player and hi-fi system. Selection of videos games and books to read. There is an outside BBQ area complete with patio table and chairs and small well planted garden.

About the owner
We are a middle aged couple with 3 grown up children and 3 grandchildren. My husband was a serving officer in the Fire Service who has served 30 years operational, and now works in the civilian sector in Fire Safety. I am a retired PA.
Holidays are the only purchases we make without ever seeing the end product beforehand. Having had some terrible experiences of holidays over the years when we decided to rent out our villa we made the decision to offer value for money, and our product sells itself.
We have extensively travelled the world so have vast knowledge of the type of accommodation we wanted to offer clients, and how we market our villa is paying off, as we now have 60% repeat bookings.
We are into 5th year of renting out our villa privately.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought this villa because we liked the way the complex is set out, its near to reception but on a smaller and more quiet section of the complex.
The complex is set out in a really unique way that appeals to its visitors.
The complex is situated on the outskirts of the town but in easy walking distance of the shops, bars and restaurants.
The taxi rank and bus stops are in walking distance.
The complex offers an on site shop, internet cafe, bars restaurants, gym and spa.
It also has a lovely pool bar which serves food throughout the day.
There is a 24 hour reception, plus security and a children's activity club.
Unique benefits of the property
We have installed a washing machine, hi-fi system, DVD home cinema system with 100 DVDs to watch, books etc., heaters fans, quilts on the beds, BBQ. Games, li-los, fishing rods, cool box for days out.
It's our second home and we want people who stay in our villa to feel comfortable during their stay.
