Villa Graciosa is a unique luxury furnished three bedroomed detached villa furnished to a very high standard by local company Dolphin Furnishing Fuerteventura with its own private heated pool with both sea and golf views and downstairs games room with full size pool table football table and even a childrens corner and is situated a minutes walk from shops bars and restaurants in the Montecastillo Centre Caleta de Fuste. Car hire is not required as the mini train which stops outside the villa will take you down to the beach and harbour area of Caleta. This is a fun way to see the sights and costs approx 1 euro. Villa Graciosa is a luxury retreat with all the comforts of home and for your enjoyment there is a 42 inch flat screen tv in the lounge with a selection of English Channels including BBC1 BBC2 BBC3 BBC4 and ITV1. The luxury furnished lounge is very spacious bright and airy full size patio doors 4 metres long overlook the pool area and you can even see the sea from the lounge.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Please note the above prices are for up to 6 persons. The 7th and 8th persons are charged at an extra £50 per person. The pool is heated from Nov 1 - April 30. Pool heating outside this period is £50 per week.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible.
Earliest Arrival time is 3pm.
Latest Departure time is 10am.
Flexibility to suit flight times will be taken into consideration provided there are no arrivals on the same day.

Outside
The large private pool 7m x 4m has both sea and golf views and is heated during the months of November through to April.
Guests have the option of pool heating outside this period at a cost of £50 per week.
Surrounding the pool area are a variety of plants and pots adding a tropical feel to the pool area.
The villa is south facing and there are relaxing mesh sunbeds to soak up the Canarian sunshine from morning through to late evening although if you prefer there is plenty of shade to sit relax and read.
For dining al fresco with views of the sea and coastline there is a typical canarian barbecue and a large cream ornate garden table and 6 chairs for the enjoyment of guests.
There are stunning sea mountain and golf course views from the the garden and patio areas.
Coast/Beach
A short 10 minute stroll or the Mini Train which stops outside the Montecastillo Centro a mere minutes walk from the Villa will take you to the shops and lagoon shaped beach and harbour area of Caleta de Fuste. The golden sands gently shelve down to the beach perfect for young children or non swimmers as there are no strong undercurrents. Sunbeds parasols jet skis pedaloes and mini boats can be hired from the harbour beach area. There are also tennis courts and a dive school by the beach area.
Golf
There are two 18 hole championship golf courses less than a five minutes drive from the villa. The Spanish Open was held on the first opened Fuerteventura golf course in 2004 this 18 hole championship par 71 golf course has a distance of 6124m with a 50 bay driving range and 2 practice greens. There are three large lakes and the course is surrounded by mature palms and sub tropical plants. The golf club is situated in the 5 Star Elba Place Golf Hotel and offers the 19th Hole for rest and relaxation. The Elba Palace Golf Hotel has a very fine restaurant which is open to non residents. The second golf course Las Salinas opened last year. Both courses have club houses and buggies and irons can be hired.
Travel
Fuerteventura airport is less than a ten minutes drive from Villa Graciosa.
A taxi fare will cost approx 11 euros one way.
Car hire is not essential as the Villa is in walking distance of the centre of Caleta and the nearest supermarket and restaurant are less than a minutes walk away.
Distances
Caleta de Fuste is central to the island a 40 minute drive north will take you to the famous sand dunes with views of Lobos and Lanzarote and to Corralejo the largest resort on the island. Here you will find the Baku Water Park the new Animal Experience Bowling Alley and the new Haunted House Hotel Of Terror. An hours drive south will take you to the Caribbean beaches of Fuerteventura. 35 miles of pure white sands with crystal clear waters. Quaint Villages and churches are only 15mins away.

Booking notes
A 25% deposit is payable on the time of booking which is non refundable under any circumstances if the holiday is cancelled.
The remaining balance is due no later than six weeks before departure. A breakage/damage deposit of £200 is payable on
arrival and will be returned on day of departure following inspection of the property.

As I mentioned before, having stayed at the VIP Villa's last year we noticed the modifications you have made do make such a big difference. A really nice comfortable place. I was that laid back and relaxed I even watered your garden plants and pots a couple of times during our stay!!!!! Weather was perfect as well. On site management by Steve and Jan and the pool man (sounds like a 60's pop band!!)was spot on and everything went smoothly. Excellent 10 day break enjoyed by all the family. I am a 41 year old mother of 5 children. I am a qualified general nurse but not working in the profession as I am too busy at home with my kids. We like to spend as much time as we can on the beautiful Island of Fuerteventura although getting more difficult as the children get older with school etc, This beautiful Island has so much to offer all members of the family! The water sports are great for the kids, the golf course is great for dad and maybe mum! My favourite is a relaxing day at the beach in Caleta de Fuste playing with the children and reading a good novel. The fantastic location of our holiday homes means that we do not have to sit into a car until we are travelling to and from the airport!! Lots of healthy fresh sea air and plenty of sunshine!! What more could I ask for!!!!!

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We totally fell in love with this fabulous villa. The location is fantastic with all necessary amenities on it's doorstep! We are one of the few detached villas that is actually in the resort of Caleta and not on the golf course!! The only car journey required is to and from the airport!! At this villa there is something for every member of the family!! The games room is huge and caters well for all family members! The pool is heated which is fantastic especially during the winter months!
The villa is 2,000 sq feet so lots of space throughout!
We have a fantastic selection of dvd's and board games along with UK TV and lots of Satilite channels.
We have the best management company in Caleta ensuring our guests will have the best holiday experience possible!!!
